A great location, within walking distance of everything interesting, noisy and delicious. Patong Beach is clean, there are a lot of vacationers. The hotel was pleased with cleanliness, comfort, greenery, attitude towards us, delicious breakfast, cleaning every day, towels, linen - they change every day. Massage, on site by the pool, very high-quality services. We had dinner, too, at the hotel, outside - not very tasty. The staff is polite and friendly. We rested from 11-22.02.24. The pool is clean, there are enough places for everyone. Thanks

The Baumanburi Hotel. Phuket. When ordering, we booked a superior, but upon check-in, we were provided with a room that did not even reach the standard. A tiny room with yellow walls with a small window overlooking the neighboring building, literally 4-5 meters away. Without a balcony. On the very first day, we contacted the tour operator's hotline, Biblio-Globus. They contacted the hotel and the next day offered us an identical room with windows facing a busy street and a screaming bar, but we declined such a "tempting" offer. There were gray washed towels, the smell in the toilet, the hood wasn't working, and the bed linen wasn't fresh either. The cleaning is mediocre, they don't really try, there has never been a wet cleaning in 10 days. The hotel was chosen for a long time and carefully, we really liked the area around the pool, but it did not cover our worries. The breakfasts are normal, the staff is polite. Observing the settlement, we noted the fact that tourists are selectively settled in an old or new building, according to some criteria of their own. The furniture is old, everything is painted with ordinary paint. The room has a safe, kettle, old TV, tea set, glasses, refrigerator. They were given water, tea and coffee bags daily. Noise insulation is zero. Our vacation was ruined, and we definitely won't be returning to this hotel again.
