It's very beautiful, there's only air and a toilet for free, everything else is a cheat. There are a lot of cars inside the park, driving tourists, interfering with walks
It is better to enter from entrance #3 or #2 and walk towards entrance #1, so it turns out that you will be going downhill. It's a very beautiful park.
Take water and a snack with you, there is nowhere to buy it in the park.
A walk here can take a whole day. But it's a very beautiful place, it's worth it. The sea views are gorgeous. There is a main trail and a bunch of adjacent trails if you want to get some privacy.
Not impressed…
Expectation and reality…
The territory is large, but not particularly well maintained (not running of course!) several zones were allocated, but even they did not correspond to the declared zones. There are some good locations for photos, but nothing more
It's great that so many copies have been preserved, majestic trees. It's a pity that electric cars don't pick up people on the way. We entered from the lower entrance. We left a car in the parking lot for 5 dollars. and we walked until the top 4 o'clock! We are tired, but there are no options, just walk to the top and buy a ticket there to return down. And so, drive to the upper entrance. You can just drive the route in an electric car. But I don't think it's interesting. And it would be good if they made a cafe or a water vending machine on the route.
A very good place for couples, I advise you to go on a date there are a lot of different places and a beautiful view, I advise everyone to definitely go
The garden is very beautiful! Unless it is worth saying that you need to allocate a whole day for a walk, then you will be able to consider all the regions represented. It's great that there are buses for tired travelers)
Huge, multi-level, shady, on the mountain, walking up and down a lot, we recommend taking a car and driving to the top, then going down, the views from above are amazing, a walk through the park will take at least 2-3 hours, and if you walk along all the Trails, then more. There are toilets. It's paid downstairs, it's free in the park. There is a beach near the entrance, and inside the beach at the foot, but it is through the railway, uncomfortable. Cafes are just points of sale for water and snacks.
They were in July 2024. A very interesting zoning by territories with climate features and plant differences. If you want to see, it's better to use the rental of buses))
It's very beautiful here! We didn't take excursions, we just walked. I would say that there are not enough pit stop shops, because fresh air whets the appetite. A zipline is installed on the territory - this is a special entertainment!
The garden is beautiful, it's a pity it didn't work out to go around the whole, surprisingly we found a tree on which kiwis grow! There are also small colorful carp in ponds and fountains, very beautiful!
It is worth allocating a good half day to the botanical garden so that everything is calm and enjoyed, and preferably on a weekday, so that without tourists. The entrance costs 20 GEL, although it would be clear what you are paying for, unlike many other monetized locations where there is nothing to see. There are about 11 departments with plants from different regions of the world. The scale of the garden is huge. Clean, neat, well-groomed. Only the tractors rushing along the track are annoying, like at a rally
Rainforest, an unforgettable experience. The views are indescribable. Admission is paid, but it's worth it. There is a cafe, and you should definitely try wine ice cream.
A beautiful botanical garden with plants from different parts of the world. The best there is in Batumi. The ticket is 20 GEL.
There is also a zip line. The railway is not abandoned, be careful
It's very cool, we came as tourists. I will say this: it is 3 times larger than the garden of Almaty. The garden of Batumi itself is larger than the city itself, it is located in the mountains but the ascent is easy, the entrance is 20 lari, in tenge it is 3600
A very beautiful place with a lot of viewing platforms, sea views, interesting plants. But keep in mind that it is better to use electric cars (10 GEL), since the territory is very large, not flat - there are many ascents and descents. Also, there is a bad parking situation at the main entrance, they searched for a place for a long time, everything is occupied by cars, they barely parked for GEL 5.
And the place, the Green Cape, is gorgeous and the hotel is new, cozy with large rooms! It is quiet and peaceful here, unlike the high-rise part of Batumi
I was not very impressed, but it was beautiful and atmospheric, in Gibraltar such a garden is many times smaller, but it was more interesting there. Overall, it's good, it's worth a visit.

The Batumi Botanical Garden is a real miracle of nature! We visited it the other day and were absolutely delighted!
The gardens amaze with a variety of plants and flowers, from exotic to familiar. Each alley is a separate world full of flavors and colors! We spent several hours walking along the manicured paths, enjoying the beautiful views of the sea and mountains. 🌊🏞️
I especially remember the rose garden — there were flowers in incredible shades! And we also met a lot of friendly squirrels who added a little playfulness to our day. 🐿️
The staff is very polite and helpful, always ready to help and tell you about the plants. Also, don't forget to stop by the on—site cafe - they offer delicious coffee and desserts! ☕🍰
If you are looking for a place to walk in the fresh air and want to enjoy nature, be sure to visit the Batumi Botanical Garden! This place gives inspiration and peace! 🌟💚
I really liked it, the gorgeous botanical garden is probably one of the best in the world, a wonderful collection of plants, magnificent views of the sea, its own microclimate, many shady areas, we reached the upper entrance by taxi and went down on foot, they also carry electric cars, but it's not interesting if you just climb up on it and go back on foot. There is a cafe at the third entrance, expensive and tasteless.
The most beautiful place in Batumi. I've never seen such an abundance of greenery anywhere. I came out filled with energy, my eyes, body and soul said thank you. I hope to visit this wonderful place again.
We were in June 2023! This place is gorgeous! A very huge territory, very beautiful and interesting, the views are simply gorgeous. The park is divided into zones, there are WiFi zones, toilets, picnic areas. Be ready to walk all day and take food with you, there is only one cafe on site, at the very beginning of the journey. Walk along uncivilized routes 😂 It means walk the trails, explore, consider! The bamboo grove is just gorgeous!!!
When you get to the end, just get on an electric car and go back to the beginning))
I advise everyone and everyone who visits Batumi or its surroundings.
You can easily get there by taxi!
A huge well-maintained territory. Lots of plants. Beautiful views. Lots of tracks. Delicious water from the springs.
There was a queue at the zipline - they did not stand.
A very beautiful and large botanical garden! It is required to visit. The views of Batumi from it are amazing. There are a lot of plants. The garden is divided into zones by continent: South and North America, Asia, etc. There is a zipline.
Well, to be honest, nothing outstanding from my point of view. Well, yes, a beautiful park with signs on every tree. But as a small fan of botany, I did not find any magnificent landscapes, stunning views, or any very exotic plants here. I went through the garden from end to end and now I don't really remember what and where I saw there
A beautiful, wonderful, fascinating place. To get from the center of Batumi by taxi, 350 rubles, entrance per person is about 700 rubles. You can walk all day, have a picnic. I'll be back with the kids, definitely
It's just an amazing Botanical Garden. The trees are distributed into
different zones, we started looking from South America. The trees in the garden are mature and powerful. The garden was created by Andrey Nikolaevich Krasnov since 1880 and opened to the public in 1912. The trees were brought here from different continents, they are about 100 years old, they are amazing. We were climbing high up the stairs. In the garden, among the mighty trees, there is the grave of its founder. Then the main road in the garden led us to open spaces with stunning sea views. Somewhere we went off the tracks, somewhere we lingered and sat on benches. There are huge eucalyptus trees in the garden. One gazebo was made of bamboo, I really liked it. There are large areas with huge bamboo in height. Dogs roamed with us, and in one place a very
affectionate cat was caught on a bench. We looked at the gardens with roses, not all the roses had flown yet and smelled nice. At the end of the garden there were huge thickets of various camellias, it was already in buds. I can imagine what beauty fills the garden when the alleys with trees bloom. We walked for 1.5 hours only in 1 direction through the garden.
I really liked the garden. In the upper part, even in the hottest weather, it is cool under the trees, it breathes well.
I didn't like that there are public transport stops only at the lower entrance and it takes a long enough walk to/from them.
There is also information on the Internet about the cost of a discounted ticket for a student. In fact, the cashier says that this is only for schoolchildren who study in schools in Georgia and when submitting a confirmation. Therefore, you have to pay a full ticket of GEL 20 for a student.
I think that for all teenagers who are already hard to get carried away by the botanical garden, you can make a discount.
A great place for a walk with the whole family. When going to the botanical garden, stock up on time, comfortable shoes and water. You can walk there all day. Some families even have picnics. From the garden you can access the sea beach. There are kiosks in the botanical garden where you can buy soft drinks and ice cream. There are toilets, drinking fountains, comfortable benches, gazebos and even a barbecue area on the territory. I like everything except the price of the entrance ticket.
The most magnificent garden, there is nothing to compare it with. Perfectly thought out, clean, fresh air. You can walk 3 km, you can drive a golf cart for 10 lari. The cleanest toilets. There is a cafe. The visit left a very vivid impression.
I advise you to come to the second entrance, from there it is more convenient to go down the mountain. Stunning areas - a citrus garden, a river with mossy stones and vines, beautiful in its coolness on a hot day, a fascinating bamboo forest, transparent and slender.
A great place to walk, I really enjoyed walking on the mountain and admiring the views, there are interesting plants, in general a beautiful well-maintained garden, I recommend you to visit!
It's a great place! Just come for a walk, go to the sea, sit. A huge area, everything is well maintained, clean. I advise you to visit definitely! We were with a child of 9 years old, even he was interested
As for me, it's not an interesting place at all.Nikitinsky Botanical Garden in Crimea is even more interesting, although it may not have such a variety of flora…
There is a Georgian sloppiness and a lack of desire to transform this place somehow…
There is not much to watch, well, at least if you are not from Tyumen and not for the first time in the south)))
Take an excursion by electric car, you can't walk with your children or with your husband. The garden is huge and beautiful. There are a lot of flowers and the views are amazing.

An incredibly beautiful, clean and atmospheric place! I just fell in love with the botanical garden! The territory is really huge and in 4 hours we went through, but ONLY along one of the paths, and there are really a lot of them! Therefore, we definitely plan to return there. There are a lot of places for picnics and recreation. The only thing is, you won't be able to buy water or food there, so it's better to take it with you.
A wonderful walk through the blooming garden. A large territory, beautiful trees and pleasant flowerbeds with simple flowers from childhood. Marigolds (calendula), daisies, violas (pansies) and beautiful magnolias and camellias are in bloom. Maples with colorful foliage.
A great place to walk for the whole day. There is a very wide variety of flora from different parts of the world. Be sure to visit - the views and flavors are indescribable.
The park is very large, the tracker showed that it went 15km. Of course, you can drive it in a square, but it's better to take a walk and enjoy nature. You can walk along asphalt paths - there are routes on the map, and along paths inside the forest.
Entrance is 20 lari, free for children, there are toilets inside, a spring with drinking water, a zipline, a cafe on the side of the Chakvi.
Just for the sake of the views, it's worth a visit. After the observation deck at the zipline, you don't have to go much further - there won't be any better views. There is a cafe to the left of the entrance up the stairs, if you drink coffee there, you can get to the botanical garden without a ticket.
