Of + proximity to everything in the world (for walking around the city, the beach, shops, boulevard, carousels, fountain and a bunch more).Clear. The floors are quiet and peaceful. From - : well, this is a madhouse on the road... The constant jostling at the reception, the traffic jam at the entrance, the elevator will wait sooo long (in season), I once waited 24min. on the 31st floor, I already wanted to return home. Discos, songs and dances, the background of carousels will be listened to until 4 a.m. on any view floor (on the 31st floor there is a complete sense of personal presence in all entertainment establishments that are below), although there is a way out: take an apartment not with a sea view, but with a view of the stadium (but this is not accurate, I have not tried).

Nice spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and a magnificent view of the sea and the promenade. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a stove, microwave, washing machine, everything you need to relax.
