My son has been going to kindergarten since he was 2.5 years old (for 3 months now).
1) I really liked the teachers, they are smiling and it feels like they are really disposed towards children. They communicate with children calmly and with a smile, they do not switch off from the process.
2) Soft adaptation. The garden adheres to the principles of humane pedagogy, so I spent the whole first week of my son in the garden with him. The child is small, before that I had the experience of going to the garden, where I literally brought him and was asked to leave so as not to provoke other children. It was stressful for both me and my son, he was crying. Everything went smoothly here.
The first week we were together, which allowed me to immerse myself in the environment of the garden and trust the teachers. In the second week, I was also offered to walk with him, but I was already tired. Therefore, I just told the teachers according to which scheme I plan to adapt it (according to Paevsky), and that's how we started. There was one day when my son burst into tears ahead of time when I picked him up, and they wrote to me about it. The teachers were on guard.
3) Small groups and fresh indoor air. Accordingly, the child does NOT often get sick.
4) The child understands and even uses English (what we chose this garden for).
5) There is a dream. And at that age, it's important.
Of the things that bother me, I can mention:
1) There is not enough variety of food compared to other gardens.
2) No walking in bad/rainy/cloudy/cold weather. But this is a widespread phenomenon in Georgia, the situation is different in the Republic of Belarus, where we come from.
But all embarrassing issues are discussed with the owner of the garden and I hope that they will be resolved in the best possible way. In any case, the new menu has already been developed and may even have been introduced.
I really like the garden, I want it to be the best of the best in all respects.
A wonderful, cozy and bright kindergarten educates two of our children. Excellent teachers, children are always happy and happy to join the group! Much attention is paid to the overall development and upbringing of children, their health and safety. In general, a pleasant impression from visiting this institution))))
