If you want to taste the most delicious dishes of Georgian cuisine, this is where you are. To be honest, it became a matter of principle for me to find real delicious Georgian cuisine in Minsk. I have been to Georgia and tried the restaurant menu there, visited the Georgian restaurant praised by Ivlev in Sochi and ate there "the most delicious (according to the Chef of all Russia) khinkali"...
And what was my surprise that there is a place in Minsk that can surprise me. And absolutely not inferior in taste to the dishes of the above places... And this is the Batumi restaurant. Fried khinkali here is just a gastronomic orgasm, and the kebab is just bombastic!!! For myself, I also tried fried khinkali in two other Georgian restaurants in Minsk. BUT! Not that, it did not catch the taste buds at all. That's quite ...
So I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND "Batumi" to everyone who appreciates excellent cuisine: delicious, high-quality and accessible to everyone.

Among the advantages, there is definitely a warm welcome, attentive and responsive waiter, authentic atmosphere and interior, reminiscent of family cafes in Georgia. But there are questions about the dishes. Khinkali and eggplant with nuts are a stretch for three, it's better to pass by. The Batumi salad turned out to be without figs, but with prunes. Behind the fragrant spices, I did not immediately recognize the smell of a dishwashing sponge. The Georgian lavash was not fresh. We visited, put a mark on the gastronomic map of Minsk, but we will not go a second time.

Very tasty Georgian cuisine! On weekends, there is live music, a little noisy, for an amateur. Otherwise, everything is great. The lamb loin is delicious, khachapuri is fire. Delicious khinkali. I recommend homemade cognac based on chacha.

I was in a cafe in Batumi with my friends, we just decided to watch Georgian dances and try Georgian cuisine, everything was delicious, khinkali inspired the most, but there is one thing, there was only chacha, cognac and wine from alcohol.Since we use only strong drinks, we chose cognac, we were very disappointed, the drink vaguely resembled cognac, the strength was at least 35 degrees, I would like the owner to pay attention to this.Of the disadvantages, two people sing on two more floors of this institution, it's hard to listen to several songs at once.

I was good once, but that's all...
I've known the place since it opened. I went there quite often (about once a month), the second floor and the perestroika were not working yet. At that time, everything was delicious, competitive in price and high-quality in service.
Prices are now not at all democratic, portions have "shrunk", hospitality has dissolved into Georgian beer for 10 with the taste of (very good) Lida for the proper 2.
Now everything has changed dramatically - the service (not from the waiters, but from the management) is simply missing. You can safely say that it doesn't matter.
I ordered a kebab and snacks from the menu for a week - on the day of the meeting there were only drinks on the table, and the kebab was brought 45 minutes later (with a delay of 45 minutes in fact) when everyone was already on edge.
They accept only cash - it is clear that everything there in terms of taxes and wages tends to a black hole in the administrative or even criminal code.
I do not recommend it.
The idea was good - but now the negativity is much more positive.

A cool place that really reminded me of Georgia.
Yes, there is little choice for salads here, but believe me, you will have something to try in this place without them.
I would like to note the chicken kebab, which, surprisingly, was so juicy that it was not expected in any way.
We came here as a family, picked up a whole table of food + alcohol -> the price was pleasant.
Yes, it's not fabriq and sirius_m, but this place really deserves attention. Although this is a completely different price segment, I think you understand.
I recommend booking a table in advance to sit in a cool and cozy place, as on the second floor there was a feeling that sipped from the kitchen. If you have sensitive eyes, then you can feel it.
The music was different, but there was a moment when the staff connected from the phone, apparently. Accordingly, when they are recruited to the institution, the music is interrupted by a loud bell from the speaker. Perhaps this is how it should be, judge for yourself.
From the point of view, it's good to have a delicious meal and give sane money.
As far as I understand, the owner also happens to be a chef in this place, special respect to him!
We will be happy to come again.

We celebrated the New Year 2025 in this institution. On the plus side, the waiters are delicious and friendly, that's it!
The announced menu turned out to be not so diverse and for four, there were very few dishes! When asked to warm up the cooled hot dishes, the answer is that it will not work.) There are a total of 7 minutes of Georgian dances from the promised New Year's program (very good performance, thanks to the guys). Santa Claus and the snow Maiden were hanging out on the street, they never reached our banquet hall! The chimes are counting down, why?! We have phones, you can figure it out for yourself. The buffet on the street with champagne and probably with some kind of snack was only for the owners and their guests, again it was announced for everyone! Well, this!)
There was live sound, it's also worth noting, but ... at the beginning there was one song and the performer retired to the table with his friends to celebrate the new year, bravo!) A playlist - we don't know what it is... occasionally a man would come running and turn on something random from YouTube, the guests had to turn on at least something themselves to dance. Oh, yes, we were on the first floor in the banquet hall, on the second floor, the singer performed some hits between the table and going out for a smoke, the guests who were relaxing told us!) In general, it's good that our company is very cheerful and friendly, we didn't find out anything and spoil our mood first of all.)

Accidentally stop by and have a delicious snack - yes!

We visited this cafe on purpose. At first glance, the room itself can confuse many with its simplicity and strangeness. I was reminded of a family cafe in Batumi itself, a modest home interior.
There are a lot of tables on the street, construction works on the ground floor and something like a terrace are also being completed. We will go up the stairs to the second floor, everything is ready for receiving guests, tables, sofas, there are washbasins, a toilet.
But we came for Georgian cuisine. It's just a song. The choice of dishes is excellent. What we ordered is VERY tasty. Just as I returned to Batumi on vacation, in a word, I got high. The kitchen is definitely a credit, we liked it.
According to reviews, there are cool entertainment programs, I don't know, I haven't seen them. We were on Thursday evening when we were about to leave - a beautiful girl came and sang live.
There is a nuance - payment in cash or transfer to a card. The terminal is not working.

We wanted to have dinner at a cafe and were very disappointed.We arrived at about 18.15 while we waited for the waiter, 10 minutes passed.then we waited to place an order for about 10 minutes, too, although there was no one in the cafe except two ladies and us.The waiter came over and we ordered, after which she left.And after 5 minutes we find out that the order cannot be fulfilled because it turned out that there was a Sunday in the cafe, even though the cafe was working.The place was promoted , but the attitude towards visitors remained not up to par .I do NOT recommend visiting the cafe.

Special thanks to the waiter who served us, but in general everything was terrible. It was our first time in this establishment, and we noted how unpleasant it was that we ordered the table in advance, paid 50% in advance and asked to serve the dishes +|- by the time, BUT we sat at the table with pickles for an hour, then brought khachapuri, then we sat for an hour and only then brought the meat..
