That's the impression. When ordering, they ask, but they don't listen, then they ask again three times. When ordering pizza, he specified how long he would have to wait. They replied that it would take 10-15 minutes. After half an hour, he came up, clarified again, and again replied that 10-15 minutes. To the question: "Why am I already waiting for half an hour?" - they fussed, after another 10 minutes the pizza was finally ready. We ordered Pepperoni - dry and almost tasteless. At the same time, when handing out pizza, no one said: "Sorry to keep you waiting. Bon appetit!" They just silently gave it away...
