We visited this institution on Friday. I really didn't like it, I used to like it more. There is a smell of a dining room at the entrance, there are not very many people, but there are cupcake dishes and glasses on the tables, that is, it is set for the best visitors. I had to look for someone to sit down with. There is a mountain of trays with dirty dishes in front of the bread trays, because there is no place left on the gurney for dirty dishes, no one has cleaned it for a long time.To get bread, you need to stretch your hand over dirty dishes. Of all the food, I liked only the soup and compote. Although the composition of the compote is not specified, it remains a mystery what kind of jam is there. But it tastes good. Pasta in the navy, the most expensive dish in the receipt. At first I thought it was porridge, they are so boiled. They are also cold, cooled down. Potato pancake, if you do not understand, is quite normal, but for the taste of a cook with experience, starch is clearly added there. At home, egg and flour are added for these purposes, there is probably a saving here. There are fans of such expensive dining rooms, but it's not us.
