The first day I had complaints about pilaf - whether it was leftovers, or just a mistake by the technologist, I had to chew on rice in the truest sense of the word! There is no refrigerator at all (in two weeks of traveling around Belarus, we took it 10 times - believe me, there was something to compare it with), and the pickle can be safely called a "pepper pot" by the number of peas fished out of it (my husband swallowed several more pieces). The impression of the food was dubious, but we put it down to the fact that the time was 15:30, by the standards of most canteens - very late.
For the second time, the opinion that the rating was clearly overestimated was unanimous: the baked potatoes turned out to be a little damp inside, the cabbage rolls were cold, but what put the fat on everything was the kvetka salad! He ended up with rotten meat. Although everyone unanimously told me that they had a passability, everything was just under the knife, but they refused to try it, although even the smell was sour. But, to be fair, I was immediately offered to replace the salad or refund the money.
In general, everything is clean and atmospheric, but the price tags are too high, and the food leaves much to be desired

On Saturday, July 27th, I buried my dad. All the establishments of the city are occupied for the wake. I ordered dishes and decided to commemorate at the cottage. We ordered for 14 hours, but everything went earlier. Even at 13 o'clock they told me to come and pick up the order. Everything is very tasty, hot, and packed well. Приятное место в Витебске, где можно бюджетно и вкусно поесть. Были 17.08 вечером, ужинали довольно рано, сначала зал был полупустой, но через какое-то время гостей стало больше.
Из плюсов:
+ за ужин (холодник, рубленная котлета с гарниром и сок) заплатили чуть меньше 11 рублей;
+ несмотря на низкую стоимость блюд, нет ощущения дешёвой столовки: котлета нежная из белого мяса птицы, а не из лука и хлеба, без хрящей, кусочков костей и жира;
+ порции большие;
+ чистый зал и уборная;
+ удобное расположение розеток;
+ внимательный и отзывчивый персонал;
Недостатки, на которые стоило бы обратить внимание управляющих "Батьковой хаты":
- блюда подаются чуть тёплые. Можно, конечно, использовать микроволновку, но вряд ли это благоприятно отразится на вкусовых чувствах блюд, да и зачем создавать к ней очередь из недовольных гостей...
- карточки с названиями напитков расположены очень неудобно внутри холодильника, приходится наклоняться над открытыми стаканами с соками, компотами и морсами; не хватает карточек с указанием из чего сделаны соки, приходится определять по цвету, либо уточнять на кассе .
Несмотря на недостатки, впечатления в целом хорошие. Спасибо!

When we were preparing for a trip to Vitebsk, we were recommended to have lunch at the Batkov Hut cafe. We visited an institution on Lenin Street, 61. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. The food turned out to be tasteless (in total, we took salads, pilaf, dranik, pangasius fillet in batter and chicken roll). The dishes were very salty, it was not possible to eat pangasius at all, the minced meat in the dranik had an unpleasant taste. I was very surprised by the large number of drunk people around. As for cleanliness and comfort

Очень уютно и вкусно! Может с начала показаться что как в столовке...
Но, всё совсем не так!
Особенно если придти туда не во время обеда туристов. Очень приятная атмосфера! Очень вкусно накормили! Маловато предложений по пиву, но, наливки! Которые мы видели только в Витебске...
К счастью или сожалению я, сам не пробовал. Но, кто пил - в восторге! Особенно отметили "облепиховую".
Чтобы не быть голословным, сажу. Специально приезжали сюда из Могилёва, чтобы приятно провести время.

Была проездом в Витебске 7 июля. Заехала в Батькову хату пообедать. Хорошее недорогое место с отличными драниками и симпатичным интерьером в деревенском стиле. Блюда вкусные и выглядят красиво. На раздаче очень доброжелательные девушки рассказали о составе интересующих меня блюд и посоветовали что взять. Большое им спасибо, потому что мне понравилось!
