Overall very good.
But there are a lot of small household joints.
They do not speak or understand Russian, and English is weak.. The online translator is driving.
The buffet and bars are like in a good expensive five.
There are a lot of things, everything is tight, compact, but there is enough space for everyone and it is not at all crowded.
It seems to be cleaned every day, but not every day.. :)
The hotel is perfect for families with children. Nice small, private sandy beach. The Aegean sea is sometimes choppy, but it's also a thrill. Far from deep, there is gorgeous sand everywhere.
There is a great shopping center nearby, a lot of shops, a grocery hypermarket Migrans.
We took a flight card for calculations - it worked everywhere.
Do not listen to hotel guides, look for Hassan in the Cool Taxi cart and go with him everywhere, even to the center of Kusadasi, even to Ephesus.
There were six of us, me, my wife, three children (14,8,3) and my mother. We all enjoyed it very much.
I took off the star for everyday shortcomings, which the hotel promptly eliminated, but the lunch boxes were not made on time at early departure!
I recommend the hotel!!

We specially chose a place with a minimum number of compatriots, and we were not mistaken - there were only 10 people in the hotel besides us at the time of our vacation at the end of September 2024. Accordingly, no one speaks Russian at the hotel (and in the city itself, too, unlike Kemer).
We got the room already "tired", especially the shower room, which broke down in the end.
The room was cleaned every day, but it was very bad, so, for visibility, the dust would be brushed off and the beds would be made. Tipping did not solve the issue.
The territory is small, two children's pools, two adults.
The entertainment was for all ages, but not very much.
The hotel has its own beach, but there are no places there, because Europeans also like to occupy sun beds in the morning)
The beach bar turns into a restaurant in the evening. Pool bar, with ice cream throughout the day. The bartenders are efficient, there were no queues. With tips, they pour even faster.
The dining room is very spacious - two halls, at the very rush hour everything was placed without problems.
The food is standard hotel food. Sweets are better not to eat at all - well, it's just disgusting, and even baklava.
In addition to chicken, there was beef and mutton. All kinds of cheeses, side dishes, vegetables in abundance, soup of the same kind.
For breakfast - an insane amount of pastries, cheeses, cereals, fruits.
You won't stay hungry there, but you can't hope for good quality either.
Our strong stomachs have suffered, but that's our problem, as they say.
We made a mistake with the weather, although it was sunny all week of vacation, but the sea literally cooled down in 3 days. At the end of September, it is better not to rest there.
There is nothing special in the city near the hotel, well, there is Migros, and not one. And a shopping mall. You need to go to the most interesting places by transport, or you can see them on an excursion.
We bought two excursions - we were successfully deceived. More precisely, these excursions are not worth the money. So, divide the words of the tour guide into two, or even three. So he told everything and showed it beautifully, but in the end such nonsense for a lot of money. And minus two days of an already short vacation.
The most beautiful thing in Turkey is the large number of seals. They were fed constantly, even took food with them, plus chicken from dinners.

The work of the reception and the staff responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The hotel manager is a typical talker. Anex tour can only sell vouchers at exorbitant prices, and their professionalism ends there. Otherwise, I liked the hotel. Good location with its own beach. The food is varied, there are a lot of vegetables, fruits and meat. The animation of the hotel is beautiful and varied. The hotel staff is good-natured.
