I don't know what's going on with billiards, but with bowling, things are anyhow.
We were on Thursday at 16:00 - not a sold-out time, so we took two tracks for four. Kind of like play and enjoy! That's probably what the owners of the place think, but there are bowling staff...
staff. You will see more arrogant facial expressions if you call a taxi from Talgar to the Green Bazaar and a Rolls Royce arrives. The language of communication of the bowling operator is exclusively Kazakh, he does not understand Russian (pretends), tried to communicate with him in English, but he does not know it, as well as French, although I tried to address him in three languages. Well, you can get over it.
Footwear. You will be given some galoshes, the stench of which is interrupted only by that persistent smelly smell that hangs throughout the room - either the moldy upholstery of antique sofas, or the constant blockage in the toilets. No one has processed shoes since their production, so be careful - household venereal and skin diseases cannot be prevented only by praying "Maybe it will pass". As soon as you pay the money, your playing time begins -- and it doesn't matter that you haven't changed your shoes yet and ask not to turn on the track yet. An operator with the look of an Etzilope from "Kin-dza-dza" will show you who you are in this world and where your place in the universe is. Well, okay, we resigned ourselves and went to play.
Track and equipment. I will not describe the condition of the equipment - it's like describing the condition of an Opel Cadet or a Muscovite 412 who came to you to call a taxi. In one hour of the game, one track hung for about 10-15 minutes in total, the second one was longer, so it was even replaced. But what's the point of replacing the track if you're playing for points and the points don't carry over? It feels like you are renting an apartment in the residential complex Vostochka at the price of Zhailau or Esentai - there is a lot of aplomb, but in fact only "zilch".
Monitors. You can arrange a competition in the city or in the republic, where there are even more defective monitors - they can't even write a name, only the first letters ...
Toilets. They didn't even go in, because the stench was in the game room so much that we thought we only needed to go there on stilts, but they didn't seem to be at the reception. They didn't risk their shoes.
The bar. We didn't order anything there, so I won't lie.
The overall impression, I can only compare: as if I wanted a lamb meat kebab, but they brought gnawed pork bones.

I highly recommend updating the karaoke equipment, you are losing your niche. I voiced this to the officer and the administrator, but they say this is not our guideline. Service is customer satisfaction, and believe me, if you add new equipment to at least a couple of booths and raise the payment, visitors will be ready to pay.

I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. I've been there many times, and I've encountered the unprofessionalism of the administration so many times. But my last trip was the last. I booked a bowling alley for my child's birthday, specially came personally to point my finger at the track that I want. The receptionist said, okay, okay, I wrote something down there. I arrive on the appointed day, at the appointed time, the track is occupied, to my question: well, how is it, I personally came to occupy this particular track. To which they answer me, it means that you have been misunderstood. (Although it would seem much clearer)!!! I think, well, I'm tired of swearing at them all the time, there are such shoals here. After that, the administrator insisted that they put us on the central path, that is, the table at which is located in the center of the other two tables, to my indignation, they barely waited in half with grief for a table on the edge and sat down. After 20 minutes, the receptionist comes up to me and says that this track is occupied, and after 20 minutes the people who booked it will come. I thought this terrible dream of unprofessionalism would never end, I was already so angry and said either kick people out of my booked track or I won't give up anywhere. To which I received a very dissatisfied snort from the administrator. This is a piggy attitude, just in case. And it has nothing to do with good service

I was bowling on Saturday morning. There is a lot of negativity.
1. A lot of younger children played, 10 people at a time, on the track UNACCOMPANIED by ADULTS. Each child tried to take a ball, so there was nothing to play with. I had to literally take the balls away from them. Besides, as soon as I turned away, they were rolling balls in my lane. Children are children, but why does the administration let them into the hall without adults?
2. After half an hour, the kindergarten dispersed, but the troubles did not decrease. The hall clearly requires renovation, something was broken and did not work. In an hour and a half, FOUR tracks were changed (it was good that the hall was empty after the children left and it was possible to do this). It seemed to me that track No. 1 was sloping, the balls of all the players constantly went to the left. On track No. 2, we had to wait for several minutes until the machine placed the pins. There were not enough pins for tracks No. 5 and No. 7, plus some of the pins were knocked off during the placement.
3. At one o'clock we wanted to order pizza, we were refused. It's a little strange when they refuse to feed you in a cafe on Saturday at lunchtime.

The kitchen is expensive. Before 18 o'clock, the cost of Russian billiards is 1500 / hour, after 18- 2400.

Firstly, track 8 was constantly hanging, we were there for two hours, of which we waited 10 minutes for the track to load. Shoes, it's time to update them a long time ago, I took a size 38, Velcro shoes that have already outlived their usefulness. I asked to change my shoes, they changed them. I read a review that the equipment was not working well, so upon arrival at the club, I immediately addressed this question to the staff, to which I was vaguely told that "they have no right to comment." OK, I got to the third track. And indeed, in half of the cases, the equipment counted 2-3 pins as dropped, even when the ball went by at all. In general, if you have a competitive spirit and just have nothing to do, you can survive. But if you go bowling purposefully and you want to compete, then this is nonsense and a complete fiasco.
Next, I hit the bumper once when the equipment was working (my joint, I haven't played for a long time, I forgot). I received a warning. The second time the wife hits, she says that the field was open, and the barrier fell right in front of the ball. Well, OK, let's say we're so slow-witted. The track was turned off, and a fine of 8000 tenge was demanded. But I took a closer look, and later one more time I noticed this behavior when the pins were exposed, and this protection suddenly went down. In general, at the end of the game, we discussed our dissatisfaction with the staff, there was no penalty, and this is the only reason why I put three points instead of one. The equipment should work, it's not up for discussion. I was told that it was the third track that was not working, then the question arises again - if I warned that I knew about the problem, why was I given a third track that had problems? There was a free second one nearby. Either they lie, or they like to disappoint customers.
There are no balls for children - the minimum weight is 7 kg, which is normal for a teenager, but small children will not be able to play. The rest of the balls are designed for thin fingers, there are also wide ones, but you have to constantly look for them.
In general, the place is visually pleasant, but noisy, although this is the trouble with all bowling alleys. It was possible to make a great place, but... I'm not going there anymore.

The kitchen is very good and rich. The billiard tables are at a good level. I recommend it if you want to visit and relax.

We've been bowling, it's hard to imagine what could be worse.
Even if the ball went by, the device did not raise 2-3 pins, that is, even a throw by earns points. Moreover, there have been reverse situations, there are 3 pins on the field, and the monitor shows that there are 5 of them. Such a track cannot be put into operation, it must be closed and repaired, but the greed of the organizers seems to have outweighed it.
The right chute has a hole in the middle part, so the balls were stuck there (at some point there were 3 of them). And considering that there is a shortage of balls in this bowling alley (all the racks are empty) and they are all completely killed, it was important.
There is no automatic fixation of the spade, but compared to other jambs, these are already trifles.
You have to REMEMBER the number of the shoe basket yourself, it's terrible.
I recommend not to play bowling in this place.
