Very authentic place to swim. Always 36deg. You should bring your towel, swimsuit + bag for wet items. Too crowded in summer, very good in October-November or February-March
A great place to spend time. The ruins of the old town are impressive. It can be seen that the restoration and restoration of facilities is really underway.
Next to the pool, there is a museum complex at the exit, where you can see some of the household and ritual objects used by the ancients, as well as funerary monuments.
The pool itself is good with slightly carbonated water, clear and airy.
But, unfortunately, all this is for a fee (commerce rules). Of the inconveniences, there are a lot of people, you need to take care of your feet, as there is a high probability of hitting your knees or knocking your feet against fallen columns inside the pool.
There are lockers for changing clothes, showers (very cold compared to the pool water), toilets.
And it all looks great from a balloon.
In a word: look, you won't regret it.
The pool itself is quite small, there are enough people there. In general, there is a lot to see in Herculaneum, and this place is the center of attraction for tourists. The water is really warm, as there are underground springs everywhere. The bottom of the pool is problematic. There are transverse obstacles in the form of columns about which you can bruise your knees or injure yourself. An open-air museum and salt terraces are within walking distance. Take water with you, it's not superfluous under the scorching sun. Enjoy your stay!
A great place to relax after a guided tour of the ruins. Drawers for clothes with electronic bracelets, a bar, sun beds - everything is there. The purest blue water framed by stone and marble. It is usually crowded and very sunny, but there is an opportunity to hide from the sun in narrow channels and cool off. A good background for a swimsuit photo.
It's an amazing place. The splendor and scale are impressive. I didn't swim in Cleopatra's bathroom because of the large number of tourists who were in the water at the same time, but I really liked it.
The tour to Cleopatra's Pool was a real discovery! The place is perfectly preserved, and the water is simply gorgeous. We spent the day with pleasure and a lot of positive emotions!
The water is warm, like mineral water, a very interesting place. The presence of such elements as split columns in the pool gives an even more original look and creates the impression of antiquity. And of course, if the tour is in summer, it's like an oasis in the middle of the desert: it refreshes and soothes after the scorching sun.

The hotel is the most favorite, but it is better to go at the very end of the season, when it is quiet and there is no loud animation until night. The room stock, of course, is very worn out, but the kitchen is at a high level and the proximity to the sea makes the rest great.
Heat, take care of your heads, take umbrellas, caps, hats))) and be sure to wear swimsuits, swimming trunks, since Cleopatra's pool is a must-visit, you can hardly find such a three-fold place, you dived into the dart cages at the end of the pool, the pressure is as if you go to the bottom much lower! It is almost impossible to reach the bottom, because of the pressure it hurts very much in the ears, as if the membranes are about to burst, but after the 20th dive it turned out 🍾
If you have never bathed in mineral water before, then you need to get here. Pleasant sensations due to the temperature of the water and bubbles all over the body. The entire bottom of the pool is made of natural stones and boulders. There are a lot of people here. And the price bites a little bit.
Be sure to dive and stay underwater as long as you can.
A warm pool with a mineral water bottle in which Cleopatra even swam. I don't remember now, but the water treatments cost 10 or 20 euros per person. Which is good, there is a locker room and showers nearby.
It's a beautiful place. My husband is from Moldova and swam for the first time in a hot spring. He was delighted and barely lured him out. When we got into the water, the weather was cloudy, and then it started to rain. But the impression did not spoil. We were there on November 24th. It was only cool to run out of the water to the cabins to change clothes😆
The place is fascinating. So many moments of history. And the source in general. It gives you so much vitality and vigor. I recommend a visit. I can't describe everything. We need to see.
Very beautiful! I was afraid that I would come out of the water and turn into a baby. The bubbles are just wonderful, but the stones scratch your feet a little. I liked that there is both a shallow part of the pool and a deep one
Of course, the historical Cleopatra did not know about the existence of this pool, but some knew for sure)). The salt rapids of Pamukalle have become smaller in 20 years. There is a good museum on the territory of the complex. If you add a hot air balloon ride to the trip, it's worth the trip.
It is very invigorating in the June heat. A pleasant feeling all over the body . It's a pity there are a lot of people (
But this is the case everywhere in tourist places.
The place is very impressive, I recommend it!!! It's impossible to describe and tell in words, but if you get the opportunity, you won't regret it, for sure!!!
We were in Pamukkale in very cool weather, so the opportunity to swim in warm water, naturally warmed up, was a special pleasure. Not to say that the pool is very large, if the weather were better and there were more people, it would be very crowded. There are remnants of columns and stones at the bottom - it's atmospheric, but you need to move carefully so as not to accidentally bump into each other. Floats separate a place where it is really deep and there carbon dioxide rises through the water column in streams of bubbles, enveloping and tickling- that's where I hung most of the time, the water temperature there is higher than in the main shallow zone and the feeling of bubbles is wonderful.
The staff is walking around, fishing for something with nets - but still the water is not perfectly clean, yes. Garbage does not float, but the fibers of some plants are present in the water.
Entrance is paid.
There are changing rooms and a toilet.
There is a luggage storage room - it is free, but you need to pay a certain refundable deposit for the key.
There is a place for slippers and towels directly at the entrance to the pool.
To complete a long walk through the ancient city and travertines with a swim is wonderfully pleasant, I recommend it to everyone)
The complex is interesting, but the pool is very dirty. Before visiting, keep in mind that the entrance fee to Pamukale is paid in lira (dollars and euros will not be charged) and the price is linked to the euro exchange rate
Nothing has changed in 20 years)) consistency is great, but I want more amenities) The restaurant is packed during the season - it's impossible to sit down. Showers can be made more convenient somehow.
It's expensive, there are a lot of people, and for me it's like that... It's not worth swimming there.. the water from the springs, in my opinion, is ordinary... the travertine baths themselves and the ancient city of Neapolis are more interesting...
I regret that I was here only once. Well, it's an unusual place. We were there during the pandemic and there were still a lot of people. It's probably a lot more now, and that's the only negative.
An interesting place that is riddled with history. The scenery is beautiful, as is the architecture. Minus is the heat of 40 degrees and zero places to hide.
important! Check the opening hours of all museums and so on in third-party services. We read about it in Yandex around the clock, friends who came before us wrote about 17:30. But they didn't let us in at 17:05 (I take pictures after some conversation). That is, you explain that you drove for 4 hours with the children, back the same amount in the dark. We understand the risks of a short stay, which closes after 30 minutes - suits us. They were not allowed in, saying that another office sells tickets at the entrance, and the employees there are not aware of how their schedule is changing😡🤷🏻♀️
Hierapolis itself and the terraces with springs are beautiful. I don't regret coming. The review is specifically for Cleopatra's baths.
A highly publicized place. But if you come to Pamukkale, it's worth a visit. Bathing is $ 11, children's is $ 6. They give a thorn from the cabin, there are changing rooms and toilets. Bathing time is unlimited, but more than an hour is not recommended. The water is always 36.5 degrees in both winter and summer. The bottom of the pool is littered with antique stones and fragments of ancient buildings-it is very difficult to walk on it, you need to be careful. There is also a water column, you can taste it. Salty and highly mineralized.
If you want to swim in the warm mineral water, then go to Cleopatra's pool. It's a bit far by bus from Kemer, but it's worth it. Plus unforgettable landscapes outside the window and a stop at the protected lake Salda with a white sand. Cleopatra's pool is the highlight and the perfect end to the evening. The water is 36 degrees and the taste of mineralization on the lips leaves an unforgettable feeling.
Oh-oh-a very interesting place for those who like to relax not only on a chaise longue. Beautiful, informative. You need to see with your own eyes. Photos will not be transmitted. The only disadvantage is that you need to get up very early in the morning. At 2 am, you had to be at the reception, as the tour bus arrives and picks you up. The road is long. We need to be patient. When you arrive there will be 2 roads, one short straight to the source, 2 longer and uphill, choose a long road. A beautiful amphitheater is waiting for you).
A cool place is the thermal springs. Entrance to the territory is 30 euros, swimming in the pool separately 200 Turkish liras for an adult and 100 liras for a child. When there aren't many people, it's fun. There are many antiquities, the city of Hierapolis, an amphitheater, a museum. It's worth a visit.
A very beautiful place! Excavations of the old town are underway, a wonderful source of thermal waters with a constant water temperature of 36.6 and beautiful views of the white mountain with baths filled with water
As of 03/20/2025, the pool is surrounded by a temporary fence and does not work, no opening dates are specified. I was on my way here for exactly one day, so I'm pretty disappointed with this turn of events. And the views are beautiful, yes.
The pool itself is located in close proximity to the travertine in Pamukkale. I recommend visiting it at least once. Beautifully organized, interesting pool water, lots of bubbles covering the whole body. The depth of the pool in the area of the source itself is more than 5 m, in shallow water up to the waist.
A great place, it's better to arrive early in the morning, when it's not too hot, since the water is warmer than the sea and there aren't many people, it's cheaper to buy an entrance ticket through the ticket office, don't drink a lot of water 1 sip and that's it, otherwise you can go back on the pot)))
It's interesting, it's cool to swim in the pool, in which Cleopatra herself once swam, despite the fact that it's useful, the water is 36 degrees, it's very nice to swim in mineral water, there's a lot to see around
I do not recommend visiting! ... unless it's early in the morning at dawn, when it's not packed with tourists like a "paddling pool". We need to see it! A picturesque place, ancient ruins, a city destroyed by an earthquake, right in the water, the special color of this really mineral water in the pool. By the way, you can try it from a special cry. You go into the water - the body is covered with carbonated bubbles... everything is pretty cool, but there are a lot of people for such a location.
A great place, very beautiful color of the water, did not swim, but enjoyed the beauty of the places. Definitely worth a visit to this place, excellent beauty.
The most important thing to visit mosto! Due to the fact that the travertines have almost died to date, the Cleopatra basin is the only place still in operation. If you do not have time to visit it, then everything will be like with travertines...

The pool itself (of course, Cleopatra has nothing to do with it) small, with very warm water. In the season, it seems to me that there is no place for the word at all. We were in the first decade of October and people were splashing around. Antique items are laid along the bottom in places - columns, slabs and so on. You can hit your feet while you're making your way. You have to be careful. To be honest, nothing impressive, put a "tick" and refresh yourself. I definitely wouldn't go for the pool. The ancient city of Hierapolis itself impressed me. I've been in a history textbook. I definitely recommend you to visit. Take water and a hat. Walking a lot is interesting. We visited the museum, approached the sources - they are more presentable in the photo. The surface is very slippery and I didn't go. I was just admiring it. In the early morning we flew balloons over Pamukkale and the ancient city (the flight is about 50 minutes and it's not scary at all, but I'm very afraid of heights). The road to Pamukkale is long and nocturnal. Tired. But time has passed and I understand that this place is worth visiting and it is better with a hot air balloon flight. It is also important that this is the place where one of the 12 apostles of Jesus, Philip, is buried.
A very beautiful place, pleasant soft water.
One photo per Prof. The camera is $10. You can take as many photos as you want, choose your favorite photos.
Cotton Castle, geothermal springs, travertine terrace reservoirs. One of the main attractions of Turkey, the natural and cultural UNESCO World Heritage Site "The Ancient City of Hierapolis and the Pamukkale springs". One of the most attractive objects of the complex for tourists is the "Ancient Hierapolis Pool" (Cleopatra's Pool), a pool formed as a result of an earthquake in the VII century AD. The most popular mineral spring in Turkey, decorated in the form of a large bathing tub. To visit the pool (swimming), you need to purchase an additional ticket. A beautiful historical place, picturesque nature, and it's almost always hot - it's just nice to swim. There are always a lot of people. Fragments of columns and pieces of marble slabs are scattered in a mess at the bottom - caution does not hurt. The pool has a deep part, up to 5 meters. Everything is equipped around, there are changing rooms, shower, luggage storage, free toilet. To visit or not (in the sense of swimming) is a personal matter for everyone, as for me, with a short excursion of 2-3 hours, it is better to just walk along the travertines and the surrounding area.
The guide did not warn you that you need to pay extra. In addition, when the air temperature is 5 degrees (it was in early November), it is not very comfortable to swim. If I had known that it would take more than 6 hours to get to Pamukomol on the bus, I would not have gone for anything.
