There are 4 pools, one for adults, two for children and one medium for children over 8-9 years old. Heated swimming pool. There is a 50% discount for large families at the entrance. The kitchen is very tasty. Do not confuse, there is no water park here, there are no slides, etc., but to swim, it's delicious to eat.

I liked everything except the waiters' service, they forget that they ordered from the menu and go around in bunches of nonsense. The kitchen is delicious thanks to the chefs. Vacationing on Friday at @maldiveskz Wouldn't have written this post if they hadn't deleted all the negative comments on their page.
So, the complex itself is very good. Wonderful changing area, shower, wonderful 4 pools. A great idea with stairs! The complex is clean, it is pleasant to relax.
but! All these advantages are crossed out by one minus! This is the lack of food service. They have not been able to solve this problem for the 3rd year. You can't bring food with you. A huge number of visitors want to eat, especially children. They don't have a lot of menus, and after ordering, you have to wait an average of about an hour or so. And it's not a fact that everything you ordered will be brought to you. It may already be over, as it was in our case. The waiters say, "Yes, now" and disappear in an unknown direction. It is easier to make an order yourself, pay at the checkout and catch food yourself at the exit from the kitchen. I saw a lot of similar complaints on the page yesterday, today they are gone, only positive ones remain. Why deny the fact? We would work on improving the service. Moreover, this year the prices for the kitchen have increased and become very expensive.

We arrived on a weekday at 10.00
The opening was delayed by 40 minutes. 200 people, including very young children, stood under the scorching sun without information on what time the doors would open.
When they finally opened, the absolutely boorish administrator at the entrance answered any questions, "I don't owe you anything. We didn't invite you. If you don't like it, turn around and walk away from here!"
The service and maintenance in general confirms the thesis of the administrator. No one is happy to have guests and everyone is doing you a big favor!
We will never come back.
