Convenient location of the hotel. A quiet street in the city center. There are many cafes nearby. Good, hearty breakfasts. The hotel is clean and new. Many thanks to the hotel administration for their attitude. We arrived in the evening to check in, it turned out that we had mixed up the dates when booking and arrived a day earlier. The receptionist called the director and we were checked in a day earlier without any problems, without charging a separate surcharge. The staff is helpful and friendly. He speaks Russian. We recommend this hotel.
A small family-run hotel. I didn't get my bearings right away, but in general the location is convenient. You can walk to the center, the metro is nearby, it is also convenient to get to the airport (30-40 minutes). The breakfasts are modest, but everything you need is there. The rooms are all different in size and layout, but everything is clean and good.
It was a good hotel, the staff was friendly, and the room was checked out quickly. I read the reviews after booking, there were some doubts about the correctness of the choice, but everything went fine. I think that if you take care of other people's property, then the problems that many describe should not arise, which in general happened, someone was asked for some kind of extra payment upon departure, well, apparently you yourself brought it to this. There was nothing negative about the staff, they always opened the door when leaving, helped carry the suitcases.
I'm shooting a star for breakfast... they're actually not very(
It's not 4 stars, definitely.
Huge respect to the change of staff, who understands that the hotel and some of the rooms are very tired — they meet us halfway and move us. Thus, we got into a room with a higher class, which was many times more pleasant than the original one.
In general, no respect for the shift, tired as well as some of the rooms.
There is no point in settling lower than the suite at all - torn sheets, age-old dust, fungus in the shower stall. The toilet is a separate work of art.
As for the rooms above the class - yes, they are more comfortable, more spacious, with a beautiful view of Ararat from the part. But it is definitely impossible to call the hotel a star hotel. Starting from the general condition of everything, ending with the hairs in instant coffee at breakfast.
Pleasant impressions are mostly left by the staff, with the exception of the amoebic shift.
Convenient location in the city center, very cozy, it seems that the hotel is bigger inside than outside. Not a bad breakfast. The room has old appliances and furniture, but everything works and is clean. The suite has a gorgeous view of Ararat, a large balcony (in April you can sunbathe on it) and a nice spacious Jacuzzi.
I want to return to this place)
The hotel seems to be more or less new, but there are problems, mold in the bathroom, there is no water pressure, I had to go to the reception and ask them to turn on the pump, the mattresses are solid. Upon check-in, the towels were wet and smelled of bleach. The room stock is strange, there are rooms without Windows...
Good location, on a quiet street near the center (15 minutes to the cascade). Good breakfasts, not very diverse, but everything is delicious, pita bread is delicious everywhere in Armenia. The room had been used for years. Everything in the room was working properly. But there was no banal kettle, glasses and trash can. After asking to bring it to the room, it never appeared. The bed linen was changed about once every three days.
My wife and I only spent the night at the hotel, so everything is normal.
Spacious room of the Art standard category.
A large bed with a very large and mega-comfortable blanket! There is a TV, a kettle, a refrigerator, a mini sofa, an armchair, a table and a coffee table. For the first time (and we are very experienced travelers) in the bathroom there is both a bathtub and a shower (with two nozzles), all plumbing, furniture - of good quality. A very pleasant concise style.
I took one star for the meager breakfasts (I would add porridge and scrambled eggs), the lack of glasses / cups in the room (there are drinks in the refrigerator, there is a kettle, and what to drink from?), the long settlement of the group and checking the rooms at check-out.
Good location, we walked to the center every evening, and if we got tired, we used the subway (very close to the station).
The room had a wonderful view of Ararat.
The staff is very friendly and courteous.
Positive:
- proximity to the center
- the presence of not the most disgusting wifi
- if your diet involves the absence of breakfast - you will like the locals, because there is really nothing there
- a large room (we had a kind of Deluxe room), a long-range view of the mountains
- in the bathroom there is a bathroom and a shower room
Minuses:
- absolute discrepancy between the 4-star category and the type of Deluxe room
- in the bathroom, the water pressure is barely in the shower, in the bathroom it didn't go anywhere else
- in the hot Yerevan, the 4-star hotel and the Deluxe room does not have air conditioning
- do not expect help from the administration, any request to call the manager / owner / at least someone who could solve problems with the room is referred to as employment or absence. The toilet was clogged - generally 0 attention, thanks to the concierge, I found a plunger in a 4-star hotel and helped
- it was as if there had been no cleaning in 4 days, there was probably a layer of dust on the ventilation in the bathroom since the Soviet Union
- hot water will have to wait
- there is a smell of construction in the hotel, it is nearby
We were at the hotel in January. The advantages are pleasant and helpful staff; there is hot water; good location; there is a shop and a pharmacy nearby. Of the cons, the room is monstrously dirty. Cleaning is done, but as superficially as possible. There is a loose wallpaper on the wall with the obvious presence of mold under it. The hoods are dirty, the hidden panels are covered in dust. There are breakfasts, but they are quite meager. Monstrous audibility. The Internet is quite weak. In general, it is not the most comfortable hotel for a long stay.
In general, the hotel is very decent, the staff is polite and helpful, the room cleaning is also excellent. But there are a few buts. Breakfast, dishes that are over, you have to wait 10-15 minutes, it's not very convenient when you're late for another tour, the variety of dishes is quite modest but delicious. In the room, I personally had a broken handle and lock to the bathroom, I had to solve this issue myself with the help of a multitool that is constantly with me on all trips. Something is being built and hammered right under the windows, I think this is not an essential and temporary jamb that does not depend on the owner of this hotel. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant and I can recommend this hotel
We stayed at this hotel
My mother and I were very lucky with the room: it was almost two rooms, there was a huge bathtub in the shower room, a mirror with backlight and it was very clean. But not everyone was so lucky.
One person from our tour group got a room with walled-up windows and an air conditioner that did not work, after which they moved her with great difficulty
The staff is generally pleasant, everyone understands Russian
Breakfast is a classic hotel buffet.
The location is also very good, for hiking enthusiasts it is ideal, you can walk to the center
The hotel does not correspond to the category and the price-quality ratio! Although the staff is very friendly and tries to help in everything, but this does not eliminate the problem, for example, they asked for 2 days to make Wi-Fi Internet in the room, it works in fact only at the reception, it practically does not work in the room! The breakfasts are modest, they ask for an additional fee for natural coffee, which is not acceptable in a 4* hotel! The rooms are good, we had a view of Mount Ararat, there is a mini-bar with drinks, the only minus in the shower was not running water. Once you can use the sauna for an hour for free by appointment. You can get to the airport in 1700-2000 AMD by Yandex taxi
We stayed at the hotel from September 2-9, with a very large group of friends.
On September 9, I discovered that an expensive bag had been stolen from the room, I contacted the administrator, to which I received an answer. "And what should we do? The room is clean. Look better in your things." Next, they stopped taking the phone at all, and Instagram was blocked. Reviews on the Google website continue to be deleted as well.
I can't get through to the director, they always say that he's not there.
According to the cameras, only the staff came into the room, for some reason twice a day "like cleaning", although friends did not clean for a week and did not even change toilet paper (they bought it themselves). And to my room, but twice a day.
In the end, they said that I also lost a towel and took a fine of 5,000 drams. But where can I lose a towel?
There is no help from the hotel in solving the situation, the director apparently does not care that his staff steals things. Calls are also blocked.
Please understand the situation and take action!!
A very poor breakfast, in fact, there is nothing to eat. Flakes, maybe, instant porridge in bags. Brew it yourself.
Very tired rooms, 4 * does not pull at all. There is no water in the room, they do not warn that the minibar is paid.
A beautiful city and a wonderful hotel. He hosted our group and all issues were promptly resolved. The staff is polite, delicious buffet breakfast. They helped to print the document at the reception. We allocated a place to store things before check-in and after check-out, so the last walk around the city was light. Wifi sometimes slowed down during video calls, but mostly it worked properly.
In general, it's not bad, but there are not enough little things in the form of toilet freshener, shower caps, combs, there is no bottled water in the rooms, well, a trifle, of course, but annoying. About food-breakfast is included in the price, but, again, little things-porridge from bags should be brewed by yourself, there is no cooked one, you have to wait for plates to be brought, then forks, then cups, etc. There is no variety either. It's all the same. In 8 days, I got really tired of everything. The opinion is 3*.
Not a bad hotel, with a delicious but monotonous breakfast. From the room you can see Mount Ararat in good weather. I take one star for the unrefined operation of the boiler, dusty window sills and stairs in a two-level room and a non-working air conditioner.
Unfortunately, the hotel is tired! It is very painful to see that this once cool, comfortable hotel is now used only for "leisure" by young people with girls…
The rooms are shabby, nothing has changed since the 16th year!
Breakfast is one name!
Comparing with the 16th year, when there were waiters and hot (fried eggs with tomatoes, or porridge), now there are only pancakes heated in the microwave, slicing one package of cheese, a pile of pilaf and sausages, also from the microwave!
Ah!) the super idea was announced at the reception:
If you are cold in the bathroom, then just turn on the hot water-make a "hammam" and it will be warm)
There is no heating in the bathroom!
And no matter how much you turn the air conditioner on, it won't get any warmer) the guard said that he decides what the temperature will be)
In general, the place is also, but very empty, it has aged, you can't look without tears!Unfortunately!
I liked everything. The price with breakfast is like that of competitors without breakfast. The breakfasts are delicious. It's a 20-minute walk to the center, but there's a subway nearby.
Not a bad hotel in the center of Yerevan. The rooms are a little tired, but quite comfortable. Room cleaning once a week. Breakfast is the simplest, but you will not stay hungry.
For 2 days of stay at the hotel: breakfast is the same, with the minimum choice of food. The room is terribly cold, this problem has been repeatedly dealt with, they came once and tried to drain the air from the air conditioner, while the bed linen was frozen and not replaced. The situation has not changed from this attempt to make the room warm. It's still cold. The staff didn't do anything else to fix it. After a night spent in a cold room, you want hot coffee, but there is no boiling water for breakfast, instead warm water. The impressions of the hotel are not the most pleasant.
A place of peace. We stayed for 9 nights. The rooms are not bad, they match the price. The breakfasts are quite tasty, there are both sweet (pancakes with cottage cheese, chocolate balls with milk) and not sweet (bacon, sausages, side dishes, etc.). Very nice staff, always helped gratuitously. Overall, we are more than satisfied with the hotel
The hotel sucks, it's dirty, the breakfasts are so-so, because the staff does not spread everything during the time and you stand waiting, or you have to go remind them. The water in the shower was barely leaving. There was nothing in the room, not even glasses....I had to ask for everything at the reception. Very responsive staff, they have a solid 5!
We ordered a Suite for one night. Luxury - because I wanted a 2-seater Jacuzzi)) By the way, the theme!
In order.
1. Upon check-in, we were met at the entrance by 2 men of gangster appearance.
2. The girl at the reception tried to dilute for cash, allegedly the manager agreed. And no one got in touch at all. Then it started: the terminal broke down, etc. After several iterations of communication, the terminal magically repaired itself.
3. They issued a key card and sent it to the room. We booked a suite, and they just showed us where to go with a finger. I have been to different hotels, this is normal for simple or economy class. They are escorted to the suites
4. The room is large, probably comfortable for a long stay. but. You won't find any water or kettle there, just a minibar and 2 glasses... in the SUITE. The towels are all in place, but the accessories were spared. Even in motels on the highway, they already put together a minimum set of brushes and pastes. There's nothing here at all. The furniture is intact, though not new, and it is pretty shabby. All the equipment is 5-7 years old
5. The Jacuzzi, for which everything was organized. It works, but not with a cavity) the hydromassage is not uniform, the jacuzzi motor itself screams like an airplane on takeoff. Turned off, ashamed in front of the neighbors. Bathrobes Are included.. Size 36, apparently. Don't rely on them if you want...
6. It turns out there is a sauna, a swimming pool. How did we know that? From a piece of paper on the table, not a piece of gum at the reception.
7. Breakfast. The booking promises a "very good breakfast." As a result: the poorest buffet in my entire life. Instant coffee, hot rice al'dente and cheap sausages. Let me remind you, the suite!
8. Eviction. I came to the reception, gave the key card. The man at the door of the gangster appearance defiantly blocked the exit. The girl called, asking for something. Then she nodded to the man.
Conclusion: the place is disgusting in terms of the composition of the little things and attitude. Maybe I personally didn't like it, but apparently, this applies to all Russian speakers here, because phrases about poor service also slip through at neighboring tables.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
Good location. Not the very center, but not out of the way either. Shops are nearby. The park and the metro are also nearby. Nice rooms, nice staff. I would like a more varied breakfast.
I booked this Hotel through the booking website, the day before the expected arrival, I received a WhatsApp SMS from a representative of the hotel about the failed payment and cancellation of the reservation!!! My offer to try to make the payment again was refused, referring to the fact that this is not possible because they already have a new booking! I have never seen such a boorish and unprofessional service anywhere else! Oh, yes, they offered to help in the selection of another hotel! Only apparently the people sitting at the reception desk do not think that people have a lot to do the day before the upcoming trip and not a single free minute, and booking the day before arrival is an extra waste (in my case - 6t. Rubles with the same characteristics) as a result, the nerves, time and money spent! I do not recommend this Hotel because there are zero guarantees and decency!
The service is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean and cozy! The only disadvantage is that in the middle of March there was no heating, they froze, no one could solve this problem for us (
Good afternoon! My friend's bag was stolen from her room on vacation. The staff does not make contact, does not contribute to the search. I have never seen such an attitude towards guests before.
The breakfasts are the same, the choice is very small, 3 times they asked to cook lunch boxes in the morning, because they forgot an early flight. They said that we took something from the mini-bar, although we didn't take anything. The pool and sauna are turned off, you need to inform us 2 hours in advance if you want to visit. You can't just go for a dip. In any case, the thermostat in the pool is broken and the water is cold. You have to walk to the center.
