They were not just once. The price and quality are consistent. The portions are smaller and smaller each time. The lentil soup is very tasty, but the portion is funny, very small, minicrous in an antique iron metal dish, less than half is poured at the bottom of the cup. TEA AS A COMPLIMENT, THE WAITERS SAID THEY HAD CANCELED...We paid for the tea...The service is lame. The waiters huddle together, talking to each other, as if not at work, but meeting friends after classes at an educational institution, they are not in a hurry, which is very annoying and repels this behavior of the waiters, especially when I ran in to have lunch in a hurry and the waiters did not bring the menu, stood in one pile and prettily conducted light conversations without paying attention for a guest of the establishment. The cook is delicious.
The atmosphere in terms of the interior will pleasantly surprise you with cleanliness and antique notes in the form of chandeliers and other attributes. The bathrooms are clean. Everything you need is available.

I invited guests from Russia to taste Turkish cuisine in Tashkent. We were very satisfied. The staff is pleasant and courteous. A cozy place. I came in for Turkish sweets and was extremely disappointed.
I ordered tea, lemonade and 2 desserts from the window first!!!. Tea was brought-a compliment (for this)) and then a long wait, although there were few people in the hall. Having finally received 2 desserts, I ordered 3 more, which I also waited a long time for (Although they are from the showcase!!!). Then I ate the remaining 3. And tea was brought only after everything (I even began to think that a Turkish mug of tea was my teapot of herbal tea). They forgot about lemonade and we gave it up.
Desserts are dry, like without honey at all, and not very tasty.
The tea is good. +

In general, the staff is good, but one of the orders was forgotten, we had to wait a long time. I tried Ezogelin, a delicious soup, but it seemed too greasy, perhaps this is a feature of the dish. I also ordered snacks "5 flavors" — they turned out to be even fatter and did not like the taste. The atmosphere and service are excellent, so if you like fatty food, it's worth trying, although the snacks were not impressed.
P.S. I did not receive the complimentary tea that Yandex. Maps users wrote about below, and I agree, it took a very long time to wait for the staff, I did not want to wait and called myself or got up, went and ordered🤣

It's a terrible place, you go once and you won't come back. We went in with our family and children, ordered assorted meat and burgers for the children. The food is just terrible and not tasty, the assorted costs 250 thousand. There is one ground shish kebab, one chicken and one lump, and one rib. The meat is very tough. The price is not even worth it. We also wanted to order a large coke, but the waiter was rude to us that their policy is that they do not sell large drinks, they only have aluminum cans of drinks. One piece costs 12 thousand. I do not recommend going to this place, yes, the baba brand may be interested, but everything else is complete 0. Service, staff, boors recruited just anyone. This is a place to steal visitors.

Unfortunately, on April 4, we were convinced of the opposite and we will not come here anymore, even just to eat, let alone celebrate the holiday.
They were celebrating a birthday. A table was booked in advance on the street, but for some reason people were seated at our table before our arrival, and when we arrived they were asked to politely stand up as the guests who had booked this table came. It's very ugly, and these people just asked for the bill and silently left without even eating.
Russians Russian-speaking people, for example, will not receive good enough service simply because the waiters will not understand us, they do not understand Russian, and even more so they do not speak it. The big disadvantage of this institution is the lack of Europeanized staff, we people who speak mainly Russian, for example, will not receive good enough service simply because the waiters will not understand us, they do not understand Russian and even more so they do not speak it.
This restaurant, and most likely other branches in Tashkent, has no idea what kind of service should be when a person comes who wants to celebrate his birthday. The waiter's service was zero, he couldn't cope with his workload. Unfortunately, I do not understand why 20% is prescribed in the receipt. The check came out for 450,000 soums, and we just gave 90,000 for the fact that the waiter does not know Russian, did not pay due attention to the guests who came to celebrate their holiday, and from the word does not know his profession at all - that I can say for sure.
I hope this comment reaches the management of Basri baba, and if they really care about their customers' feedback, I advise them to change the specific service staff in the institution and find an approach to the Europeanized clientele. The rating is zero stars if it were possible to put one.

To the question where is the card , well, there is a queue at the checkout 🤬🤬🤬some young manager, not adequate at all, in our words, now we will take the card and leave without payment, there is a smile, one phrase:"queue at the checkout!" . There were a lot of unhappy guests today, one man left, as it turned out, he waited two hours for the order!!! In magic, this restaurant is still nothing, we went to Gafur Gulyama Park, it was just terrible.
