The restaurant positions itself as a premium restaurant. At the same time, frankly tough and overcooked meat is served as a "medium" roast. After the claim was made, the manager appeared and said that this was how it should be, while showing photos from Google. Even after refusing the dish, it was still included in the bill. Such behavior is normal for a dining room, but unacceptable for a premium restaurant.
