We wanted to visit the sauna in this complex, we arrived beforehand to find out about everything, after we called twice, we clarified when it was better to come in time, so that there would be fewer people, what you need to take with you, etc. In general, we arrived and it began! At the reception we were told that the sauna is cold, but they will turn it on and while we take a shower (this is given 15 minutes) it will heat up. We took a shower, went out into the hall, where there is a sauna and a swimming pool, and then another employee of this complex says that the sauna is heated for at least half an hour, or even more, and she does not know what they told you at the reception, so sit and wait. We asked about the waiting time, whether it is included or not in the time we paid for (1 hour 20 minutes we paid), we were told of course it is included. It turns out that we came to warm up in the sauna and paid for an hour of time and from this hour we have to sit and wait for half an hour, the employee of the complex confirmed that yes, that's exactly how it turns out! I will not describe the shock we were in from what we heard, in short, we got dressed and went home, taking the money! But previously, I expressed my dissatisfaction in a sooo calm way to the employee at the reception, asked why we were misled about the heating time of the sauna (we could sit in the lobby and wait), why no one told us that we needed to call before visiting the sauna (we came once, called twice!!) She started blaming all the blame on her colleagues! She says that there was another shift, if there had been her shift, she would have definitely warned. And it finally finished me off! Where is the corporate spirit, where is the respect for your colleagues, how can you blame your colleagues behind their backs! I also want to say that it was morning and besides us there were no other visitors in the complex, 5 staff members, two of whom, including the administrator, did not care about us, they were drinking tea and did not even look out of their room! I want to turn to the management of this complex, your complex is very cozy and clean! But the staff is absolutely not trained in service standards! You work for people, you get money from these people for your work, while you comply with a bunch of legal requirements and all kinds of SanPiNs. It is surprising why your employees do not understand that they receive salaries, including from payments from the population who visits your complex.
