Many thanks for the well-coordinated work and patient care! I want to express my gratitude to the implantologist Alexander and the entire administrative staff of the Bas Dent clinic! At the beginning of the year, I had implants installed, and everything went perfectly: quickly, professionally and with attention to every stage. The implants took root well, and in September I had crowns installed. At first there were minor difficulties, as the crowns did not fit, but Alexander fixed everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. Everything is perfect now, and I am very happy with the result. In addition, I want to mention Alexander's skill in tooth extraction. I had three difficult extractions, including two wisdom teeth, and everything went just fine — quickly, neatly and without complications.

Firstly, what kind of adequate person will send voice messages on behalf of the clinic, in response to a potential client's question. Understand that no one wants to listen to voice messages from a stranger. Secondly, they cannot give a clear answer about the cost of the procedure, which has a certain cost (condylography), they replied that it costs 150k only 3 times. When I ask a clear question, I want to hear a clear answer, not: "Well, look, you need to wear splints, you won't be doing it for one jaw, and you won't be wearing it for months, you can't say the exact cost of treatment, come for a consultation." When I ask such a question, it means that I choose between clinics, find out the difference in cost, try to understand what advantages, and do not ask what is included in the treatment of TMJ dysfunction. Say thank you to your administrators who scare away customers with their service. I will never come to you, even though the cost does not differ from another clinic. At least they clearly answer questions and help.
