The second time, the impression was extremely different. They immediately asked to take dishes with them, as they do not have enough dishes and they are often beaten. And what's the problem with taking some kind of compensation for dishes and buying new ones? They have already shown their level.
The name of the sauna suite barvikha is new, it is only the name that has not changed since the opening.
Let's start with the hall. The sofas are shabby, the wooden chairs are broken, it's like they haven't been swept under the tables for a month, not to mention washing the same tables and floors.
The refrigerator in the kitchen is barely alive, or rather, only the freezer works. There was some kind of jar with brine in the refrigerator, which smelled of cruel sourness (obviously they hadn't looked there for a long time)
In the jacuzzi, the administrator advised us to boil water with a kettle and pour it so that there would be warm water😂 as funny as possible) you couldn't even add water there
There was also no hot water in the shower, there was just ice water in all water temperature control modes
And the temperature itself from the sauna room, it was as cold as possible, the heater did not even save.
Well, now the most interesting thing is the administrator of this institution. I've probably never seen a worse boorish person in service.
She didn't even deign to come and listen to the claims. She threatened the police that she would only talk in their presence. The answer was given to these outbursts that, please, call, as if we also have something to say and show. And that's it, they hung up the phone and put it on the blacklist, it was impossible to get through, they didn't even come and take us to a sauna or a viper house, I don't know how to do it right. There was no promised militia, but it's a pity, in fact, I would like to show all the beauty of this institution.
Keep your discounts for the next visit, there will clearly be no more desire to come here.

We signed up for the Barvikha sauna, upon arrival we were told that the second administrator had confused something and recorded other people too.

We arrive for the second time, we deposit the remaining amount in cash, they did not give us a check. Next, we find out that there is no hot water, a sauna is working, and there is nowhere to wash. The Jacuzzi is cold, which they said, add hot water from the kettle. Like something broke in front of us.
But we read reviews that not only we were told so. The room itself is dirty, mold, sand, the Internet is very bad, which they said is the basement. This is the first time I am writing a complaint-as the evening was ruined, the services were not performed.
We were in this beautiful place.I liked everything very much.The advantages include the fact that you can order food on the spot.Very tasty and fast.The steam room is very spacious, there is a Jacuzzi, a chic indoor pool, even karaoke and billiards.
