terrible hotel. It's not 5 stars. they paid $ 50 for early check-in, settled in a room, apparently for workers. the room is dirty, the lock to the toilet is broken. as a result, after complaining to the tour operator, we were moved to a standard room in the main building. as it turned out, almost all the guests are settled in this room, in the hope that someone will keep silent.
the food is tasteless, unsanitary. there is no sink in bars on the beach, bartenders do not wash their hands after garbage bags. the drinks are tasteless.
I liked the cleaning in the t reef room, we came for him.
I think we'll forget about Egypt for another 15-20 years.

The food is quite monotonous, sometimes some dishes are overcooked or overcooked from excessive zeal. But you won't be hungry for sure. One of the best hotels in Charm.

It's all good. Only in restaurants, namely Fish and Italian, the food is terrible. I really liked the Indian restaurant, it was very tasty and the staff's attitude was good. Egyptian is very convenient because it works late. Rooms are cleaned at "4". Bedside mats are not vacuumed at all. Dust on tables and bedside tables, wiped only at the edges. The hotel grounds are well maintained, the pools are clean, the beach is close. The animation works perfectly. Thanks for the rest!

A five-star hotel with a very pumped-up service. All the advantages are covered by the ignoring of your needs by most of the staff - you will not be noticed with a half-empty cafe near the pool when you want to order lunch. When you actively call the waiter and indicate that you want to place an order, they will say yes and continue to ignore you. It's just terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone, the feeling that you are in a 3-star hotel is maximum. The only good service is the lobby bar at the reception.

We rested from 30.09 to 10.10.2021. The hotel is calm and cozy. We got a standard room with a garden view, paid extra for $ 20 per day with a view of the Pool (there is no sea view) The room is cleaned daily, for $ 2 swans, flowers are provided for you. A variety of food, meat to choose from, seafood, sweets, fruits, ice cream. Great, thanks to the hotel. The sea, corals, fish are all there, great, but it's a long way to go to the pontoon. There is almost no shore, the Water comes and goes. There are advantages, you have to get used to it. There are always free sun beds on the beach. Beach bar (local drinks, beer, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails) coffee beans to choose from, fruits, burgers, French fries and much more. In general, at first we were shocked, but then, having settled down, we found more and more advantages. I recommend that the hotel prepare the animation team more actively. And there is also a night disco, but there is no DJ there. In general, the rest is Cool, there are shortcomings, but this is not essential. We recommend it for a relaxing holiday!

The worst hotel I've ever been to. . When we were checked in 3 hours after a night of flights, I thought we were suffering. But on day 5-6, there was a mat of Kazakhs in the lobby, who were settled for 10 hours.
They don't wash glasses in a bar near the sea. They just rinse it after some visitors and give it to others.
There are stains on the bed linen in the room, a dirty carpet next to the bed, which is already 20 years old. Ants are crawling near the sink...
the promised bar is not being updated. To get a service that you have already paid for and that should be included in the service, you either have to pay or ask and remind 3 times. The iron was knocked out for 3 days, the ironing board was never received.
There is no toothpaste, brush, brush. And it's ULTRA all inclusive. One name.
There are 6 restaurants on site, 4 of which must be booked in advance. The other two are just like a canteen. So, the first four are supposedly in Indian, Egyptian, Italian and seafood/barbecue, but in fact almost all the food is the same as from the dining room. And the waiters in these restaurants score so much on visitors that in order to get something, you have to shout. There are a couple of normal waiters, but they helpfully, ostensibly just for you, bring banal things. We visited this hotel in October 2021. Tourist occupancy was at 50%, so there are enough free sunbeds on the beach at any time of the day. No queues in the restaurant. Excellent territory, friendly staff, daily and high-quality room cleaning. The food was excellent, no complaints. I had fun every night. The sun and the beautiful weather. We had a great rest and were glad that there were few tourists, which was a guarantee of safety during the pandemic. There were no disadvantages.

A good and interesting reef from the pontoon, once a week we even saw a large eagle stingray. There are no corals 3-4 meters from the water's edge on the shoal - you can lie down and take a photo (who likes this). Paths have been cut through the corals for those who are afraid to swim from a pontoon (but this is more for children from the neighboring Baron Resort - the depth here is waist-deep, and there are practically no fish). Comfortable lounge chairs with head cushions and beautiful straw umbrellas. Good and delicious food. Bottled water in bars (including on the beach) in unlimited quantities. The rooms are pleasant and clean. Air-conditioned corridors and other rooms in the hotel. Excellent staff (with the exception of the waiters in the main restaurant - you can't get enough of them for lunch and dinner to order drinks, and after ordering, in half of the cases, they did not bring what we wanted at all). The absence of children under the age of 16, and, as a result, peace and quiet: No one is running, no one is shouting. A hotel for relaxation. Those who need a party, movement, water slides and animation will not really like the hotel :) Of the animation here, only mediocre evening shows (the fire show was not bad) and live musical performances by unknown singles; yoga was still seen, aerobics in the pool and volleyball on the beach. In general, the hotel is for seal recreation and snorkeling. That's what we were going for, so we really liked the hotel.

Let's talk about Baron Palms, I can't say anything bad about the hotel itself, the location is excellent, the beach and the sea are super, the reef is problematic now, since yesterday a young man died from a shark in Hurghada. It's scary to go to the pier. There are no shark nets in the hotel!!! The rooms are very tired, but the most important thing is of course the attitude towards Russians, the girl is trying very hard, but the staff is not even trying. Neglect, it's very culturally said, but in fact it's much worse. The impression is that they just hate us, I've been watching this for a week. I can say with confidence that I will not send more than one of my tourists here and will not recommend this hotel to any of them anymore

The rooms are very weak, the cleaning is for 4, but they try! The food is monotonous every day! The choice is very small! And everything is not delicious !!!! You don 't even know what to eat ! About Ala Kart restaurants is a separate story!!! The menu there is terrible!!! And there are not many dishes at all ! The hotel is NOT LOCATED!!! On the first coastline!!! They don 't change the linen , they just pretend to substitute alcohol !! They punch dispensers in bottles and pour unknown things, this is for a hotel that is declared as 5 stars!!! We had a rest on 20-28.03.21. In general, I liked it. For $ 50, we made an early check-in. Rooms, room service, cleaning at the level. The food is good, even if there is not a very large selection. Not enough fish, fruits. The hotel was 100% occupied, so the sunbeds had to be occupied at 6.30, even before the towels were issued - if you want to lie down where you like. The pontoon was broken by a storm on 25.03. But they've probably already fixed it. The coral is beautiful. We managed to see a big Napoleon (two live there-a big one and a small one), an eagle stingray and a Manta ray! Good luck and have a great holiday!
