I bought sandals in this store. I put them on for the first time for 2 hours, my legs (fingers, ankles, feet) were heavily stained black. I tried to wipe it with a cloth, it turned completely black. The second time I put it on for half a day, then my patience broke, my legs were all black, I went to give it up as a marriage. To which I was told that this was normal and there would hardly be a refund. To pay 200 rubles to be shy to take off your shoes at a party so that passers-by can see black heels??? They replied with a letter, I brought it after the warranty period, allegedly forgetting that, according to the law, spring shoes, and all - the warranty begins on March 15. In general, an unexpected and terrible attitude. Now go to the housing and communal services and courts....they see that the shoes are coming apart, but they don't want to take them back. I don't advise anyone...

I 've worn sandals 7 times ! The store employees immediately sent.... for a paid examination, which (for a moment) costs like a pair of expensive shoes from this store. In the near future I will contact the store with a claim. Let's see how the management will resolve the situation. Everything was fine with the service and the shoes, but the situation is so-so ...
PS Everything was successfully resolved. They returned the money, but also not without incidents.
