Great hotel, very clean, beautiful. The location is ideal, near the river, mountains, it takes only 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, stop along the way. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, parks nearby. The colonnade is a 15-minute walk away. I really liked the rest in this place.

Cozy modern hotel. Near the river, a transport stop, canteens and cafes. Beautiful view of the mountains and the river. Cozy territory with tables and a barbecue area. Very hospitable and hospitable hosts, met as relatives, warmed, fed. We came to them by accident on a motorcycle in heavy rain and stayed overnight.

A great place to relax, the location is very convenient, 10 minutes to the sea is not a quick step, shops, pharmacy are all within walking distance, prices are like everywhere else. The staff of the guest house are good-natured, attentive and caring people. You want to come back to them again and again😊you feel at home in their environment. The territory and rooms are clean.A big plus is that there is a mountain river next to the house, it is cool on a sultry day and I came from the sea to swim in it and came out like a baby, its murmur calms down. In general, I really enjoyed relaxing in this place. Therefore, 5 out of 5!!!!

The owner is a sympathetic person, he will tell you where to go in Abkhazia and what to see. There are many beautiful places nearby, within walking distance. The rooms have a hairdryer , which was a pleasant surprise.

Excellent location, the hostess is a very hospitable and sincere person. The spring on the bed let me down a little, which prevented me from sleeping. But in this country and in this place, it is a sin to sleep for a long time. The mountain river gave its coolness during the day in the heat, and at night wonderful music, similar to a downpour outside the window.

We rested in the early days of September. I really liked the accommodation, the owners and staff are responsive, polite... real ABKHAZIANS! I will not repeat the description of the location, everything is as it is written in other reviews. The transfer is organized perfectly, special thanks to them! An ideal place to relax. The mountain river is right next to the hotel, which makes this place more attractive. The entire infrastructure is within walking distance. The hike to the sea takes a maximum of 10 minutes, while the beach is never busy. The hotel itself has a very positive atmosphere and evening discos. If there was an opportunity, I would put 100 points out of 100.

We are relaxing in this beautiful place, near mountains, river, clean air. Always delicious homemade food, not expensive. Polite, friendly staff, rooms are clean. Close to shops, bus stop to the city and the market, many restaurants and Coffee within walking distance. I advise and recommend it.

Thank you for the wonderful reception! We lived in a double room. A budget option. The room is clean, hot water, beach towels. There is a kitchen, you can cook by yourself, or you can ask the hostess. We swam in a mountain river, it's cool in the gorge. It is 800 meters to the sea, across the square with shops and canteens. We'll come again!

We arrived in a downpour and were offered another room-as it turned out later, the TV was not working there, the light bulbs were blinking, and there was no mirror in the bathroom. In addition, no one bothered to clean the room, although she informed us in advance that we were coming. Before our eyes, they laid the linen and left. We cleaned all the dirt in the closet, on the shelves, in the toilet ourselves.We immediately said that we would pay extra for an additional one.the last day, because the train is late and they paid extra. And at the check-out, an inadequate employee said: "It's good that no one checked into your room" - Is it okay that we paid for it?! We ordered food from her-we agreed on the same time, as a result, she didn't cook anything for us. time, after that we stopped ordering there. Moreover, they also promised one dish, but brought another-it feels like they brought the same soup from yesterday. According to the conditions:there was dampness in the room on the 1st floor, things do not dry either in the room or outside (for a very long time), mold appears on the toilet. I also didn't like that the music was turned on loudly, the child goes to bed at 21h-they had an event for the locals there, turned on the sound at full volume and yell, laugh, sing. People came to rest, they paid the money-why should they endure these inconveniences? You're losing customers yourself, we won't come here anymore. The audibility in the rooms is also not very good, someone was constantly stomping and moving furniture above us in the room, and at night. And this is not an exaggeration. Of the advantages, only nature, a stream flows nearby, the mountains are beautiful. The sea is hardly 500 meters away, you need to go through the final bus stop, go through the underpass, then through the park and come to the wild beach. Further away, if you go, there is a more developed infrastructure. There is a cafe nearby, but I didn't like the food, there were different ones. It's cheaper in the dining room, but not everything is fresh. Plus Staraya Gagra-nearby attractions:Aabata Fortress, Prince's castle, park. But there are few necessary shops to find children's shoes, clothes-I had to go to the other end of the city-to the market by bus, and it's not 5 stops-very far. There are many shops, cafes, and civilization in Novaya Gagra. And here it's like the outskirts. I would not recommend coming here with children. I didn't like this guest house, and the attitude towards the guests is not caring

It's not the first time we've come. We were also with retired parents...I really liked the Abkhazian hospitality and dishes.The place is quiet, convenient and picturesque, to the purest sea is a 7-10m walk past nearby shops, excursions and tastings. We really liked it. The hotel is located near a small river. 400-500m to the sea.The room has all the amenities: refrigerator, air conditioning, shower, toilet, double bed. You can have a delicious and satisfying meal right there, for which a huge thank you to Aunt Irina! :)
