Terrible attitude towards customers. We were traveling from far away, booked a room in 8 hours, then called 2-3 hours in advance and said that we were going and what time we would be there. We arrived late at night after a day on the road, and they told us that they had given us our room so as not to "set up the hostess"!! And the fact that they framed us and we had nowhere to spend the night, nothing???!! I definitely do not recommend it.
At first glance, everything is fine. But in summer it is terribly stuffy in the rooms. If there is an air conditioner, there is no remote control from it. It's unbearable to sleep. Satellite TV: 80% of the channels are disabled and not paid for. The walls are cardboard, you can clearly hear phone conversations from neighboring rooms, not to mention the doors.
