Pros - close to the railway station and the airport, clean rooms, there is a kettle and air conditioning, excellent water pressure in the shower, super soft bed linen (it is perfect), polite staff. Cons - the audibility is terrible, if you want to get enough sleep, you are not here. My room was on the ground floor, the guests were walking around half the night and making noise. There is a window pane instead of a window. The room was a little cramped, I was alone, but even I had nowhere to put my things. The main disadvantage is that I didn't manage to have breakfast, but I was counting on it and somehow paid for the room with breakfast. They were announced before 10.00, at 9.15 there was nothing left, they also commented on me "well, why did you come so late"

For your money, a good hotel with breakfast in the central part of the city. The metro is a 15-minute walk away, and cafes and shops are 5 minutes away. The breakfast is a simple buffet. But everything you need is there. Special thanks to the chef from Kazan
The only bad thing is that there is not a word about the city tax on all Russian booking aggregators. It is paid separately on the spot already. Specify this point in advance. When we found out about this during the eviction, we no longer had any local money. In any case, I recommend the hotel

Very clean. The staff is friendly, they will always help. Not the best location, but it is compensated by a very cheap taxi. The rooms are cramped, you can add some furniture for clothes. The bathroom is very clean. There are breakfasts, but very modest, just a very light snack, usually without meat. The hotel left a very pleasant impression! I advise you!👍

My stay at the Velvet Hotel was a wonderful experience! Even when I was alone, I felt at home thanks to the cozy atmosphere and attentive service. The room was comfortable and comfortable, which allowed me to relax after a busy day. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to help me with any queries. The Barkhat restaurant pleased me with its excellent selection of dishes and cozy atmosphere. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city. Disorganization. At 14.00, my room was not ready due to some kind of breakdown, they moved into another one, where the beds are very narrow, and I was fat and slept fitfully so as not to fall off. The next day they overcame it. I go in, the cleaner cleans the floors with her hands, the floors are all in the water. The second room was already comfortable: TV, air conditioning, a bed with an excellent hard mattress. The audibility, of course, is great, but what should I do? It's the same everywhere.
Breakfasts are not for school children exactly, fried pancakes, fried eggs, pies with potatoes and mushrooms. Semolina and barley got on the porridge. You need to go out for breakfast early, everything is being sorted out. In general, I recommend
I took off the star for not being warned about the resort fee, they asked for it at the check-out, and this was my last money. I've been hungry all day because of this.

Excellent family room (double). We stayed for a day (2 adults and 2 children), everything that is in the description of the room, everything matches - a large double bed and 2 single beds, mattresses and towels are soft, electric and teapot, although only 3 cups. Clean, tidy, air conditioning and TV in each room, the room is not large, but cozy. If you need a budget option for rest with meals while walking around the city - this is your option, we did not find breakfast (we left earlier). I recommend.

A lovely small hotel on a quiet street in the city center. Clean and cozy rooms with air conditioning. A delicious breakfast is included in the price. The administrators are friendly girls who are ready to provide the necessary information about the city and the surrounding area. We were late for check-in due to the long border crossing and could not call the hotel due to lack of communication. The site administrator managed to contact me via Telegram messenger to confirm the reservation. Thanks to her.

Budget family guest house.
The breakfasts are unsuccessful, it would be better without them at all. Cleaning the rooms and changing the linen and towels - according to the mood, mugs in the rooms are not washed. In principle, cleaning comes down to replacing garbage bags and sometimes refilling the bed. The water is updated "in stock".
In general, the price determines the quality.
But there is a huge plus that has significantly smoothed out most of the inconveniences and disadvantages - and this is our own transfer. For quite an adequate price, we were offered an excellent minibus ride to the mountains and a short trip to the city attractions. Thank you very much to Kadyr for this trip to Amersoy and Chimgan!!!

The hotel did not meet our expectations. It all started from the moment of settlement. The room was paid for two people, and the towels were in one set. We turned to the reception. After several approaches, it turned out that the room should have had slippers, water, toothbrushes, toilet paper. During two weeks of staying at the hotel, the room was cleaned once. We were told that according to the plan they had to have a change of bed linen, in the end the maid just made the bed. The breakfasts at the hotel were meager, and there was a small selection of products. The most surprising thing was that every morning they noted which room they came from for breakfast. But even this could be tolerated, but when you are literally in a hurry to clear the table, this is already too much. We do not recommend and do not advise you to spend money, they have no idea about the service and normal services here yet.

Clean, beautiful, rich breakfast. The rooms are very small, but well thought out, it is quite possible to fit together if you are not XXXL in size.
