Queues and tortured staff, but with the right approach, very sympathetic. People try very hard, but they are limited by bureaucracy, inconvenient schedules and work addresses, and a complicated procedure. They would have had more doctors, competitors, and would have been the best.

Just a nightmare and horror in one word. Blood is taken by 1 person. People can't turn it in for several days because of this. In another office, there is no staff at all during the reception and you have to wait for it is unclear how long. At the reception, it feels like all the boors are working
