Interesting interior, very pleasant atmosphere, live birds in cages - children really like it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is also at the highest level, the menu is very diverse. Everything that was ordered was quickly cooked, but it is noticeable that it was cooked for us, and not heated in the microwave. It was very cozy and pleasant to sit there. We will be happy to visit this cafe again

Disgusting! I ordered a table, arrived with a girl, the table was not served, it took a long time to wait, the request to transfer to a normal table was refused allegedly by a reserve, but in fact not!!!! They cooked for a long time, brought everything cold. There was no desire to swear. I don't go there anymore, and my friends and acquaintances think the same way now.

Before that, we were frequent visitors to this institution in 2014-2016. Then the situation in the city more or less improved, they began to visit other places and have not been here all this time. We visited this cafe this afternoon. Of the good things, only the room, the furnishings, the decoration remained. I wanted to study the menu beforehand - the Vkontakte menu does not open, I had to study it on the spot. Prices are above the average in Donetsk. The hall was half empty. We ordered Diabolo pizza, Bosco pasta and chicken wings. The pizza was delivered to my son 20 minutes later. Nothing to do with the standard recipe, absolutely not spicy, ordinary salami and cheese. After my son ate the pizza, they brought me pasta. The taste is 4 points higher. I ate pasta. After 10 minutes, the wings were brought. That is, all the dishes were brought separately when the previous dish was eaten. Wings for 3 points - poorly marinated, not fried, half-boiled. When the wings were brought to my husband, I ordered a dessert - a chocolate fountain. My husband has already eaten the wings, they don't bring dessert. I went up to the receptionist. The girl apologized, said that there were only two chefs. I explained to her that if the waiter had warned her that the wait would be almost an hour, there would be no complaints. And the dishes should be served to everyone at once, not one at a time, it's just indecent when one eats, others watch. The girl once again asked for forgiveness, brought a compliment - ice cream for her son. My dessert arrived about 15 minutes after that. The fondue was fresh and very tasty. They didn't leave a tip on principle, I was grateful for that, although we always leave 15-20 percent of the bill. The receptionist tried to smooth out the bad impression, but we won't be here soon next time.
