2 stars only for the panoramic view, the kitchen was 0, the salads were all tasteless, the food was cold, tasteless, fries with specific spices, why add hops to the fries??? The service also sucks, the waitress punched extra positions into the check, when asked why she did it, she says the deposit is not refunded anyway, so we could order something else instead, she did not even apologize, and by the way, she did not take into account the prepayment at first. I was on a visit to Astana, they advised Bar 21. Personally, I liked it. And the prices are normal and you can dance and sing. And the view is very chic 👍

We have celebrated special days here more than once! Nice place, amazing view. A DJ is playing, you can dance. Definitely a good place
