I am impressed by the Chinese style of serving and the tradition of serving dishes for large companies – on a round revolving table when choosing snacks that are "passing" by. You want to try a little bit of everything at once in anticipation of the signature dish – Peking duck, for which you come to such "duck" restaurants. I like the ritual of butchering a duck by the cook who cooked it, in front of the guests, in compliance with all hygiene standards (wearing gloves and masks). And this time it was all the way I wanted to see and try. The duck story with the table-turning was clearly a success
