Hello everyone I ordered a set of duo rolls and misso soup for myself and my girlfriend for dinner. We liked the rolls as I like them, a lot of filling, little rice and medium size. They took it by pickup on Vaneev Street. We prepared everything very quickly, waited for a maximum of 15 minutes. They packed well, the soup did not spill a drop, the staff is pleasant, sweet and smiling. I can say with confidence that I will order more in Banzai)

We saw this place in advertising and were inspired by their bright offer in the form of several pizzas and a couple of kilograms of sushi. In fact, in vain. The company declares "Fast delivery of sushi and food" in the title of the site, but in fact it was not possible to try anything in three days.
The first order was placed on Friday evening at about 8 o'clock on the website. After 10 minutes, Banzai called back and offered to arrange pickup, since all their couriers are busy due to the huge workload. Okay, it doesn't happen to anyone, we thought and canceled the order.
But the thought of such an offer did not leave our heads, so the next day we tried to repeat the order. This time we decided not to make mistakes of the past and placed an order at five o'clock in the evening. After 10 minutes, we got a call back and were notified that the order could not be completed at all tonight. Okay After reviewing the reviews, we saw that this problem has not been solved for four months and the Banzai employees themselves recommend ordering either in the morning or in the afternoon, which we did by placing an order on the website indicating delivery on Sunday in the time interval from one to two. After completing the application, it was indicated on the website that the operator would contact us, but this time such an event did not happen. "They probably already know us very well," we thought, and did not bother, most likely, a busy institution.
Sunday came, the cherished hour of delivery ended badly, and the arrival of the edible parcel did not happen. Just in case, we waited another 15 minutes. But no one came. We call and understand that our request was completely ignored, and to make amends, Banzai offered delivery at 11 p.m. IT TAKES 9 HOURS TO PREPARE AND DELIVER THE ORDER. Thanks, we declined. Delivery from the regional centers of Belarus works faster.
We do not recommend wasting time ordering at this institution.

I wanted to please my husband with a romantic dinner on February 23, I ordered sushi and wok through the contact center on 23.02 at 14.00. The order was accepted. The delivery was supposed to be at 21.00 -21.30. However, at 19.49 it turned out that my address was not in their delivery area!!! We went to meet them, agreed that we would pick them up from the courier at Nikifirova 51 at 21.00, but to my great disappointment, the courier arrived at 21.30, did not even call and did not warn about the delay, and also wanted 4 rubles for such a pseudo-delivery. This is just a mockery!!! Sushi failed to lift the mood... Philadelphia is even more so, Kansas - disgusting rolls! Terrible service, irresponsible delivery, spoiled mood! My first and last order at this place!

The rolls are about nothing, twisted any way (falling apart), the roll is cut into pieces of different sizes, the products are not the freshest. There is no gastronomic pleasure. Fill your stomach cleanly. Nigiri can be taken in principle - it's difficult to spoil them, although the rice has a strange taste and they also fell apart (the rice crumbles, it is impossible to take it with chopsticks and bring it safely to the mouth). I haven't tried anything else and somehow I don't feel like it. It is better to pay a couple of rubles and eat better elsewhere....
Addition after the owner's comment: sushi Banzai is offered in the hall of the institution through the wall - "PizzaMania London" - they bring a separate menu.

I want to start by saying that we ordered a meter set about 8 months ago and it was not bad, but together with the set we were promised 2 liters of juice. But they didn't bring him and promised to bring him next time. The next time was today. After the order was called back, they said that the nearest delivery is in 4 hours from 21 00 to 21 30. At 21:40, when we were already very hungry and tired of waiting, we decided to dial and ask where the courier is, because we have already been waiting 4.5 hours. After the call, we were told that we had a delivery to 21 30 - 22 00 . We asked why it differs from the original one. They didn't give us an answer. The courier arrived at 21:50. 1m sushi and super cold pizza. After the wife opened the box. She noticed that one roll was missing. More precisely, a different view, not the one that is written on the site. After 20 minutes of calls with delivery. The delivery sent us and gave us the admin's number. To whom we wrote. After we sent the photo. The receptionist replied that everything was correct, they just didn't decorate them. And he offered one roll for free for the next order. SERIOUSLY!? SERIOUSLY!? ROLL FOR FREE!? After this nonsense. We tried sushi. And it was total hell. I've never eaten worse in my life. 1 the roll was just stupidly sour, as if some fruit with a sprat flavor had turned sour. 2 rolls with a cap of salmon and tuna tartare, it feels like these rolls were cooked a week ago, the rice dried up, and the tuna and salmon were sour. The withdrawal of 82 rubles was thrown to the wind. I hope this institution will close. If you decide to order, DO NOT, believe me, there are many better options. The institution also responds to customer reviews in Google reviews with threats of an article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus on defamation. Without it, the score was 2, but now it's 1 and no more.
tl;dr assessment is not "puking over the horizon" but it was close. Only hot dishes and the total amount of food are taken out. I understand that I paid a little for a lot of food (by the standards of delivery), but for some reason I am not sure that the rolls are not made better by the promotion... And for objective reasons, I have no desire to check it.
According to the promotion, set No. 1 was purchased on cream, namely: Egg noodles with chicken in sweet and sour sauce - Tiahan with seafood in Beijing sauce - Obana Set - Roll with surimi and takuan.Plus, I took kimchi sauce with the rolls. Including all of everything, it turned out 36.25 rubles for 1,700 grams of gross - excellent input data.
The rolls themselves looked good at first glance, but I thought that because the hot stuff was right on top, the fish was cooked (I didn't know yet that there were so few fish that I couldn't figure it out.
A bonus roll. Inside there are surimi, i.e. crab sticks are not disguised by anything. It must be disgusting, and it turned out that way.

Noodles: The vegetables are a little fried, but for some reason the smell of burning is very strong. Although it doesn't taste like it. Perhaps they cooked with yesterday's oil? The order was made conditionally in the morning. Of course, there is not much chicken, but it is there, noodles... Is it normal? Everything is cut quite large, well, that's fine. dobalven pineapple is cool. In general, it is delicious. The egg is really nothing, it's empty, even if it were sprinkled with salt...
In tyakhan, the shrimps with their tails not torn off were upset... But they were on their way to success, they tore off their head, removed their cock, but stopped halfway there.
I liked the hot dishes, the serving is good, the onion is fresh and adds a pleasant touch, it was nice to eat. Except for the moment with the smell of burning noodles.
But the rolls turned out to be beyond good and evil...
Before that, I bought rolls in Friendsfish and if in friendsfish I talked about high topics of the format "hmm... how fresh is the fish here?", then everything in Banzai is very sad. There are few fish, there is no taste of fish even in small maki where there is nothing but rice and nori with fish. But it's worth trying this piece of fish separately.... no taste, no feeling, nothing. I put something on my tongue, but I didn't understand what. Everything is littered with takuan, no matter what bite - you don't feel sushi, but a nasty takuan, fu.
In the spicy rolls (centered on the first photo), a layer of fish sliced as if with a laser, spicy sauce that clogs the already missing taste of fish, crumpled sticky rice, cheese, although present, is embedded inside instead of cucumber takuan and suddenly tomato (!) and this disgusting takuan scores with its own taste even PANCAKE SPICY SAUCE! Only the shrimp rolls were edible and somewhat tasty, but as in the case of the spicy roll, the seafood layer is very thin, but here, although the taste was shrimp, it was nice, but even here half of the roll consists of a vigorous takuan... I'm writing a review and I want to yell obscenities. It turned out that it was okay to finish the rolls only the next day when takuan lost his nuclear power in N hours of the refrigerator. But this does not fix the well-so-so cooked rice, nasty takuan, and a small amount of LOW-QUALITY FISH.

Of all the types of rolls, you can only eat a few, the rest are tasteless. They took only the price for such a number of pieces, but given that not all are edible, it is better to pay in other proven establishments for one good and delicious set. The kvass, which was indicated as a gift, was simply not put in. Delivery is 3.5 hours. The rolls themselves are different in size, the ingredients are substandard, the avocado is hard. So quantity for good money is not always quality!
This is the end of my acquaintance with this organization. I do not recommend it!

That is, when ordering for 50p, yesterday's rice, raw pizza and fish with a thickness of a millimeter are brought to you, for being late they give a certificate for the cheapest rolls, where you will also need to order for 20p! The price tag is high, there is little taste. it's not a pity to give money when the dish has a taste. in this case, it's not worth it. the only thing that saved the set that I took (maguro fry, philadelphia with tuna, shake maki, bonito) was tuna, which somehow gave a taste to sushi.
Comparing with regular rolls bought in regular hypermarkets, there is no difference. but the price is different.
