I don't take off the stars, I don't spoil the rating just because immediately after entering the territory everything immediately became fine and wonderful. Special thanks to Daniel the bath attendant, as for his area of responsibility - no questions, the man is doing well, trying, taking care of the guests. I am completely satisfied.
But the administrative work is limping.
There is nowhere to wait on the territory if you arrived earlier - I highly recommend taking this into account. It so happened that I was without a car and came from Minsk by taxi, which I warned in advance when confirming the appointment. The taxi driver rushed so fast that he delivered me 15 minutes ahead of my time, but I could not even imagine that in such a place advertised by bloggers there is absolutely no waiting area.
Imagine winter, cold, and you are without a car and you have nowhere to wait, because all the doors on the fence are locked and your waiting area is under this fence... No shop, no bell. No one answered the phone, as long as I didn't call. And so on until my time came. Moreover, there was no one on the territory, I was the first guest that day.
After such an expectation, the mood to be soared was gone, I just wanted to run to the steam room and warm up ...
I think this is wrong and the business owner needs to think about this moment, because this is what is called a service, and not sliced oranges on a plate.
The bath itself is in a country village, so it's better not to experiment with trains and minibuses if you are without a car, because it's behind Zaslavl itself and even a taxi from here to call a whole quest.
The territory is very small, the owner's house is nearby, the sauna is separate.
Everything inside is also tiny, but the main thing is that everything is clean and functional.
The steam is great. The brooms are fresh. The bathhouse is tiny, but excellent - with soft beds, which I really liked.
Outside, a font with cold water and warm water is, of course, a thrill :) Delight!
There is shampoo in the shower, the girls need to bring their own balm or conditioner.
Towels, bathrobe, slippers - everything was provided.
Tea, honey, fruits were on the table by the way, after the steam room you will definitely want to eat:)
The bath attendant knows his business, I put 20 on a 10-point scale, special thanks, well done without questions. On the move, everything stays on it, no more people on the territory, everything from beginning to end is on it alone, and the meeting, and soaring, and massage, and scrub, and all the care for the guest. Therefore, I was not angry for a long time about waiting under the fence.
Overall, I was satisfied. I had a nice time, the sauna is great, thank you.
But I probably wouldn't have gone any more :)
