I liked the place as a whole, the area is very green, especially the old part. Very carefully take care of the plants, very clean. There is a shop on site, everything you need is there. At least two restaurants. I didn't appreciate the kitchen in the Watermelon, but the Dorado is pretty decent, but everything is long. The beach is clean, the entrance is comfortable, but the best option for the beach is in the new part (by the way, Yandex does not have it) . You can watch it in 2gis. So closer to Palm Beach there is an ideal beach. There are sun beds for rent. Umbrellas are stationary there. There is entertainment for children. In the evening, inflatable slides, jumpers, bike rental and more. There are water activities on the lake itself. For lovers of warm water, there is an outdoor swimming pool on site. It consists of two parts: a frog house and a deeper one. They are not big, but comfortable. Also with sun beds and umbrellas. You need to buy tickets at the reception. Special attention should be paid to massage, an excellent specialist works there. From what I didn't like, because you rent a cottage, you may not be lucky with the neighbors. I advise you to rent cottages that are for one family.

There are several recreation areas here, the worst option is Parm Beach, not a bad option is Royal Beach. It is convenient to walk along the beach, you can visit several holiday homes at once. I also liked the Cote d'Azur beach.

Friends provided their cottage for my family. I'm thrilled. A wonderful, quiet place for a family vacation. The territory is large, everything is well maintained and green. There are no mosquitoes, the beach is sandy, gently sloping, that's what you need for children. Two beaches, a pier. Free sun beds. Beach vendors and locals are not allowed on the territory. The airport is 5-7 minutes away by car. The only downside is that there are few places to eat.

Magnificent territory, spacious houses for a large family or company. The house is equipped with everything necessary, there is a summer kitchen for barbecue on site. I recommend it to everyone

Now the cons
The word "service" is simply not known here
We took two guest houses (10 of us)
To check in, there are two cars in our parking lot, but instead of vacating our parking lot, we are offered to leave the cars somewhere outside the hotel, because all parking lots are occupied
Further, all the terraces and the houses themselves are not cleaned, there are not enough towels
When asked to remove or bring towels, they are silent or say that they will inform (more than a day has passed, no one has done anything)
On the territory itself there is a mixture of a camp and a zone, everywhere there are signs with the amounts of fines for any offense, you walk across the lawn-a fine of 5000 som, you bring a dog-1000 som, you approach the manual house-a fine
In the dining room, it is also the Dorado cafe, there is an eternal problem with seating, because meals are limited to 1.5 hours, guests try to come to the beginning and accordingly, there are not enough tables and other things
For a big Company like ours, it's just a disaster for the staff
There is no cleaning in the house, in 2 days we only had the bathroom floor wiped and that's it
Even the towels have not been changed, I am silent about the normal cleaning
The result is that there is simply not enough normal service in a great place, given the money that is being asked for accommodation
