Well done! We accepted rubles from Russia, converted them into Kazakh currency, and we quietly withdrew them from any ATM! It was an outlet and the only way to get fuel from Russia. If it weren't for the bravest VTB bank, it would have been unbearably difficult and impossible for us to return to Russia. Previously, we transferred money from Russia through a citizen of Kazakhstan who could transfer it to his Caspi bank and transfer it to us with a small commission. Some half a month has passed and this opportunity has disappeared from the Kazakhs. We had to look for a new way, and many thanks to the employees of VTB Bank!
