They could not give an extract on the closure of the installment plan on that day either, but told them to contact them the next day from 14-16 at the set time. There is an ATM installed on the street outside the door, it is also impossible for a non-bank customer to get into it, you need to swipe a card. I had to walk 300 meters to withdraw cash and pay the last payment at the cash desk. They promised that an SMS would come saying that the contract was closed, which also did not happen.
I have a big question for the bank, why is it required to pay in cash at the cash desk???? And why is it not possible to get an extract immediately, in all other banks, an extract is given immediately after the end of installment payments
I am writing a negative review related to the notification, by SMS message from VTB Bank, 10 years later, allegedly there is a debt. The contract was closed by visiting the office with a passport, in Vitebsk, Frunze 64 (today this is the office of Moskovsky ave. 16, in connection with the move). I turned to the call center, and they say the amount is around 800 b.r. The question is why in all these 10 years there has not been a single letter home, to work and a call (at least). The national bank has no information about the debt obligation to VTB. They wanted to, and in 1 day they credited a debt to a person. I will say one thing, this bank has earned itself problems! I do not advise you to make installments, loans and deposits!!!

В службе поддержки по телефону 250 сказали, что можно закрыть карту "Черепаха" в офисе. Пришла в банк, сказали ждать, пока деньги придут на счёт. Т.е.в приложении они видны, в службе поддержки видны, а в банке нет. Придётся ехать ещё раз. Не советую с этой картой иметь дел.
