In a word, horror. I made an installment payment through this bank. I have already contributed 5! payments, but the amount in the application has not changed. It turns out that it only changes on the billing date. Isn't that crazy?! In addition, ERIP payments can take 4! days. If the payment was sent on Friday, the bank will see it only on Monday afternoon. Because of this, a fine was added to the last installment plan, since the last day of payment was on Friday. According to the logic of the bank, I had to go to another city (there is no branch in mine) to make the payment. All normal banks see payments instantly, but this is the last century.
