They talk to you like you're shit, they're rude, they're rude, they just hate you. At some point you start to think that this is because you are not Kazakh, but there is no desire to explain that you were born in Almaty.
They hate everyone because they have to work for you, and it's all slow.
At lunch, the department is empty, there is simply not a single manager because lunch, everyone gets up and leaves, and you took time off from work to get a card in time for lunch and sit, wait an hour until the managers deign to have lunch.
The most lame branch of the bank, although it seems to be the head office.
There is no desire to return there, only if it is very necessary.
I stopped by to make a MIR card for payment in Russia, I was a little surprised. This is not the Caspian Sea, the card will be issued only the next day after lunch. For online card transactions, you still need a paper application. In general, the bank is slightly behind the development of Kazakhstani banks. Переводы только до 16:00, нигде об этом не написано. Отпрашиваешься с работы, летишь в банк, а оказывается, что переводы уже не осуществляются. Плюс к этому ещё огромная куча минусов, которые не вижу смысла перечислять. Просто данный банк в РК не для того, чтобы конкурировать с Каспи за клиентов и давать лучший сервис, у данного банка какие-то другие бизнес цели, поэтому имейте в виду, что к вам будет отношение, как-будто вы должны быть удобны банку, а не наоборот. Хотя, если вы идёте в этот банк, то скорее всего другой банк вашу потребность закрыть не может и вы, как и я, будете терпеть нулевое удобство и сервис. Так в 21 веке не должно быть, но так есть. Втб - полнейший шлак. Спасибо за внимание.

Очень плохое обслуживание.ждала своей очереди больше часа, хотя впереди было всего два человека.меня обслуживали 47 минут, но на мои дела потратили на всё про всё минут 20, остальное время крутилась на стуле, общалась с коллегами и болтала по телефону.в оконцове потеряла моё удостоверение, не отдавала, потом еле нашла под кипой бумаг и бардака на столе.

Банк произвёл тягостное впечатление. Я там был раз шесть или семь, больше не хочу.
Как перевести деньги из ВТБ РФ не знают. При получении денег, даже небольшой суммы перевода из РФ требуется подтверждение происхождения денег. Материалом по Казахстану по физикам в нужном объёме владеет только Виолетта. Перевести деньги в приложении на другую карту нельзя

The only advantage of the bank (for me) is the acceptance of Mir cards and the withdrawal of tenge immediately from the ruble account. And the exchange rate is good.
Медленно обслуживают. Единственный банк в Казахстане кто сейчас (апрель 2023) выпускает карты Мир. В их банкоматах можно снимать тенге с российских карт.
Худший банк на свете. Почему то считает что может блокировать счета просто так.

Я переводила деньги мужу на сбербанк. И вдруг ни с того не с сего они решили что нужно ЗАБЛОКИРОВАТЬ эту карту. ВЫ нормальные???
Теперь мы оба без денег. Так как счет был открыт на его имя А ОНА ЗАГРАНИЦЕЙ!!!!
В настоящий момент - единственный Банк, который совершает переводы в рублях в РФ. Правда, рубли лучше приносить с собой наличными для пополнения счета, т.к. курс обмена не в пользу клиента)
