It is very unpleasant to waste time on trips due to the lack of accurate information. I hope that the bank will pay attention to the quality of work of its employees and improve communication between the call center and branches.
There are very few employees, everything is very slow and different information from each employee! My legs hurt, there are no places to take revenge even with a small workload. The queue number on the scoreboard can only be seen in the back of the branch, squeezing between people at the cash register, is it really impossible to put more sofas at the entrance, there is a lot of free space on the right behind ATMs. And put at least one more scoreboard there!
A very pleasant office. There was no electronic queue, but there were 4 times fewer people than in other central offices of Astana. Very nice retail girls. There is a full bank of customers, one operator, the service time for one person is about an hour. The staff has not completed the appropriate internship, they cannot help with solving basic issues, they are asked to contact the call center at 505. The application is even worse than the staff, it does not work correctly. The call center was not reached, the average waiting time for the operator is 10 minutes. Personally, bcc bank did not choose, it was transferred. Now the question is: why do such banks with a snack bar service in the capital?
A bank with such a big name, but in fact a dummy, they messed up their head, checked their credit history for 2 months, requested a bunch of documents, sent them to their appraisers, in the end, before issuing it, it turned out that my credit line was no longer valid (this is on the first request). According to the second, the loan terms are changed on the go, I wanted to take a loan for an industrial base, their appraisers estimated it at 72 million, I requested a loan for 33, they asked me for an estimate for repairs and additional collateral (complete absurdity).Why do I need to repair warehouses? My advice to you is never contact this bank, it needs to be renamed the headache and Nerves center bank.
