My son wanted to take out a loan, because he receives his salary through this bank. On the first day, the system did not work, they left a phone number, they said they would call back if it worked. They didn't call that day, and we urgently needed to take out a loan. The next day, I found the bank's contacts myself, called, and they tell me that they are not giving out a loan yet.... I was outraged that they didn't tell us about it on the first day.We lost 1 day, it's their fault!
