By the way, both times it was the senior employee who actively helped (I didn't remember the last name and position), I think she sets an example to the others.

I recommend that NO one EVER use the services of this bank. Spend money and time. I opened the card in December 2022 before leaving the KZ for a long period. The card was virtual because there was no plastic in the bank. It was not possible to use the card, because after 1-2 months the bank's application simply stopped working, there was a notification "contact the bank". I contacted the call center, but since the request was from abroad from a foreign number, of course, it was not accepted, you need to contact the Kazakh number (which is correct, there are no questions). As a result, I arrived in Almaty and on May 24, 2023, I applied to the department to have my card closed. But there was a debt of 19,500 tenge on the card - a service fee! I applied for a write-off of this commission, because there was no maintenance and I could not use the card due to technical problems with the application. They tell me, "they will contact you when the application is reviewed." A week passes, Of course no one contacted me, I call the call center, they say "yes, your application has been reviewed, the solution is "the client could not use the application due to technical problems." It's all. Nothing about the write-off, neither yes nor no. Have you been processing this request for a week?! AND ATTENTION, during this period, a commission is charged and the card debt becomes -24,500tenge! For what?!!! You don't even work!!! I get a new request for a commission write-off and silence again. Another week has passed, already on June 12th, no call! I hope this torment with the Bank will end soon and I do not recommend it to ANYONE, do not even get fooled by all sorts of bonuses, when there is a problem with their own cards, no one will help you!
Terrible service. Live Queues of two hours. A customer service specialist works on a computer at a snail's pace. I do not know what it takes so long to fill in, but it was terrible.
