The most disgusting bank that exists in our city.
Episode 1.
I had to buy rubles. I look at the site where the most profitable course and the best course are, of course, in the centercredit. I'm going to the bank, the information board shows exactly the same rate as on the website. I take a ticket, I sit in line for an hour. I go to the cashier and they tell me:There are no rubles!!!!! What do you mean, no? Well, is it really difficult for you to remove the sale rate from your scoreboard or at least hang a piece of paper that you don't have rubles??????
Episode 2.
We need to send money to Turkey. I go to the centercredit, I sit in line for half an hour, I go to the cashier. The cashier insistently offers to send a "crown", but where relatives live, there is no representative office of the "crown", therefore, a "western", without options. In the end, the cashier determined by eye that he could not accept some of the bills, since they had signs of a fracture in the middle. And with the words:They will not be accepted anywhere in your country. I returned the bills back. Damn, the cashier has a certified bill authenticity detector built into his eye??????
I have not seen a more disgusting attitude towards customers in any bank. Yes, even in the bazaar people are treated better. As a result, I went to Halyk and sent the money without question. And those very bills were checked on a miracle machine that verifies the authenticity of the bills and that's it!!!!!!!
The most disgusting bank. I really hope that I will NEVER have to go there.
The bank is terrible, the service is unsatisfactory, the management does not care, it simply does not exist at the right moment in the workplace. Managers are boorish because they are completely confident in their impunity, the bank's management does not care how its customers are served
It remains to add an electronic queue. But this is no longer a question for the bank branch, but for the bank's customers. As I understand it, most of these clients are occupied by people who are far from working with "modern" and therefore managers have to do everything on paper
