As a result, nothing really worked out and they left, after an hour of waiting, to another specialist, Karina Ismailova. She did everything super quickly and efficiently according to the necessary procedures.

Terrible service. When registering an IIN, they were sent to the only PSC 50 times, they are literally rude and do not give explanations. Within half an hour, they had about 5 different reasons not to register anything. In fact, they just say "go to ..."
