I sat for about 45 minutes and the queue didn't even move. the bank's specialists did not know how to conduct a banking operation for people. one makes tea for the client, the other runs around asking how and what to do, then they decide how and what to do in the place. It's a mess.
I sat in line for 40 minutes with a queue of 0 people. When I sat down to see a specialist, it was from a simple operation: to collect an overpayment on a loan, I sat for 30 minutes in complete silence, then the computer froze.
