A terrible bank for business. Maybe when visiting offices in person or for individuals, some operations are carried out (I do not know), but it is impossible to make payments online. Just look at the login page to your personal account in the browser - everything immediately becomes clear (try it, by the way, if you planned to open a checking account for business here). The mobile app is a mess. No matter how many requests I sent, they just ignore me. The words "service" and "support" are unfamiliar to them. There are no standards of work - each employee dances in his own way. Even closing accounts in this bank is a problem - for 5 days they are refused every day for various reasons, despite the fact that the manager himself sent a template for a closing statement. Yes, and the so-called "support" is only from the personal numbers of employees via WhatsApp. There is simply no way to write inside the banking or the application. I strongly recommend not spending your time and nerves on this bank, much less trusting them with your money. Yandex asks you to describe the advantages as well - for 9 months of using the bank with tears, I did not find any advantages. Alas.

For legal entities, all banks have privileges, here you sit in a queue waiting and decently for about 20 minutes., in other cities of Kazakhstan they do not serve, which is very inconvenient. Providing end-to-end services for legal entities is convenient, practical, modern technologies allow, why not?

It takes a long time to wait. I received a card instead of the lost one, the manager wanted to transfer the rest of the money from the old card, to do it in the mobile application * from my phone*. It didn't work out. Then he says, they say, but let me use your card* I'll make a transfer from my phone. That is, she needs to be given a username and password from her mobile banking and she will help with the transfer 🤦🏻♂️ I had to politely refuse, and ask that I do all operations from my office computer. Don't be fooled by such help!
