There are no standards of work - each employee dances in his own way. Even closing accounts in this bank is a problem - for 5 days they are refused every day for various reasons, despite the fact that the manager himself sent a template for a closing statement. Yes, and the so-called "support" is only from the personal numbers of employees via WhatsApp. There is simply no way to write inside the banking or the application. I strongly recommend not spending your time and nerves on this bank, much less trusting them with your money.
Yandex asks you to describe the advantages as well - for 9 months of using the bank with tears, I did not find any advantages. Alas.
