Very helpful staff, we needed to withdraw money from a virtual card. They helped us, considering that communication is only in Russian.

There is always a queue and this queue is barely moving — the cashier is alone and in no hurry. If it's not night or Sunday, go to any other bank or office. I've been standing for an hour. 5 clients passed in an hour, and 2 more were handed over by me. I'm just sorry for my time.
Why not put a second cashier on Sunday? GoD doesn't track downloads at all and doesn't care about customers!?
