I arrived 1.5 hours before closing time. The bank's door says it is open until 18:00. The bank was closed. To the question "why, if the time is different?", the guard replied with something vague, like "we have different things." The main bank of the country, but they couldn't put up a paper with an up-to-date schedule(((
