I have issued myself a Freedom bank card for foreign payments. I have funds on my card for hotel reservations and payments abroad. All hotels charged money in advance according to the armor. One of the hotels stated that the write-off was a preliminary holding. The money will be refunded. And I have to pay the same amount by card on the spot. Which I did. In the process, he carefully and regularly monitored the state of the money in the account. For sure, the money was debited twice for 89 euros. I have noted this carefully. Further, the hotel informed that it had refunded the money on the first payment-holding, provided a certificate of refund. I forwarded this help to Freedom (if I hadn't forwarded it, the default wait would have been a month). And that's when the booing started.
Freedom bank simply marked the first payment crossed out with the signature "Rejected". BUT HE DIDN'T RETURN THE MONEY!!! Before that, I had already issued a refund for museum tickets and I know what a refund looks like. Exactly like a number written in green font with a plus sign. There's nothing like that here. No receipt to the account, or simply retroactively increasing funds by the required amount. Only 11 euros were returned in two payments, with a note that this is some kind of interest on the deposit. Although, I did not open any contribution. I was just depositing money into the card account.
Communicating with bank employees via whatsapp chat is terrible. No one is rude, everyone is polite. But every time you need to explain the situation anew, every time you need to provide your full name, IIN, code from the verification SMS. I also wrote a separate statement. And each time they answer that an inspection has been carried out, and everything is fine with the funds in the account - the amount is correct. It feels like I'm playing thimbles at the train station, and not talking to the bank. I have ordered an extract for the right dates many, many times - the extract always comes zero. Zero account balance, zero receipts, zero expenses. Although, the first, second, and third dates were full.
Bank employees, there is no point in answering here in the comments again that everything is fine and the amount is correct. Your statements are unfounded, you do not provide any evidence. You just canceled the payment, but you didn't give me my money back. Otherwise, I wouldn't be wasting my time and nerves on the long-awaited trip and after it now. It was your incompetence and shameless and brazen repeated lies that prompted me to do all this. Including writing this review.
I'm from Russia. I arrived in Aktobe on 08/16/2024, specifically to get a card from Freedom Bank, well-known in narrow circles. What's on the turtledove, what's in the office of FREEDOM Bank, a lot of people are sitting and driving a blizzard, why do we need such a bank, who needs it? I applied to Kazpi, there is a worse option, the account is only in tenge, only a Kazakh phone number and registration is needed, which I never received, because my passport was not in the program (E-CONAK, about crossing the border, they checked at the hotel where I lived), for some reason they sent me to the PSC, where I was sent to the forest. In short, I've had enough, I haven't opened an account, I haven't received a card, I think that Kazakhstan is not the country where you need to start financial instruments.
A little earlier, I left a review about this bank when they asked for a commission of 94 euros for a transfer of 74 euros.
But then there were additions that it is important to tell about. After I did make this transfer, even agreeing to pay them this commission, they called me and asked me to confirm the source of the 74 euros.
They demanded to provide: an agreement with the employer, an act of receiving money, an extract on the receipt of money to the account, a receipt for transferring this money to this freedom finance, a certificate of self-employment, a receipt for paying tax on this money. Further, they reported that the documents had been accepted and sent to the parent bank for consideration. According to the money laundering protocol, they must carry out the entire check.
A couple of hours later, I received a reply that the head bank refused to transfer this amount to me. Apparently, they thought that I had laundered these gigantic money.
Just in case, I will write that we are talking about 74 euros. Not thousands, but just euros. That is, literally 7.5 thousand rubles.

I haven't logged into the app since April, there were 2 thousand dollars in the account. I had to pay for something. I found zeros on all accounts. I contacted the bank and they say the card is closed. The answer to any question is the same: "We apologize for the inconvenience. Our specialists are working on your application. I came from Russia to get a second Freedom card. The girls in the department are very responsive. I only had 2 days of business trip. But the manager of the Akerke branch did everything promptly and carefully! Thanks to her!
I do not recommend it. My card was blocked almost 3 weeks ago. During this time, I called support 4 times: they don't know the reasons for the lock, when it will be unlocked too, they just throw up their hands. Ужасный банк, сервис 0 чтобы сократить срок кредита в 21 веке необходимо придти в их отделение простоять очередь на втором этаже, которое совсем не двигаться (2 раза приходил оба раза не попал, написать собственно ручно заявление, простоять очередь в кассе что бы оплатить пошлину за услугу банка в размере 10000 тг. Не понятно для чего? ни один банк за эти услуги не просит вознаграждение!
И поставили в окошко взрослого мужика который очень медленннннно работает, наверное специально чтобы поменьше людей пользовались этой услугой!!!
Персонал вежливый, всё чётко объясняет. Правда, в итоге карту открывать я не стал, так как у меня уже была карта киргизского банка, и дополнительно платить за аналогичную карту казахстанского банка не было необходимости (18000 рублей за именную карту - это дороговато, за неименную - 5000). Я открывал именную Visa Gold в Киргизии за сутки за 2000 руб. Но если кому-то надо, то почему бы и нет.
Карту оформляют очень быстро в отделении по qr коду со смартфона, тп работает отлично(карта не привязывалась в samsung pay, решили за 5 минут). Карту доставили до отеля куда я её заказывал пока я ехал на такси, я даже в номер поднятся не успел, мне её вручили под роспись. Вижу много негативных отзывов, но моё впечатление, банк супер - очень современный. Смущает только рейтинг от S&P, но вроде банку поменяли прогноз с негативного, это плюс. Оформлял карту 19 декабря 22г. Оформление мультивалютной карты 15 тыс тенге для нерезидентов. На карту можно переводить средства в рублях/теньге/долларах/евро они будут приходить на один из 4 счетов которые открывают с картой(это огромный плюс если ваш банк может отправлять рубли в Казахстан без комиссии).

Заполняли длиннющюю анкету, чтобы оформить карту, предоставили кучу личных данных, по итогу сайт выдал заявление, что нам карта не одобрена. За 3 секунды без объяснений причин. Не рекомендую этот банк, если вы экспат. Потратите время и нервы, не получив объясний отказа.
Банк как банк,но есди ты гражданин России,то карту тебе не оформят,т.к. она оформляется онлайн,и результат оформления один и тот же...вы не прошли внутреннею проверку банка... на мой азгляд честнее соазу сказать гражданину России карту не оформляем,и все...горите в аду...аминь
Из плюсов- выпускает карты, но как оказалось ,это большой минус.
Поверьте, эта карта вам не нужна, как бы красиво ее не рекламировали. Я повелся. Суть в том, что банк НЕ ИМЕЕТ СЛУЖБЫ ПОДДЕРЖКИ ! Те ,кто отвечают по телефону и чату НЕ РЕШАЮТ НИЧЕГО , просто зачитывают вам ответы по скрипту и просят оценить работу. Если будут проблемы, это будут ваши проблемы, банк самоустранится.
Что может быть проще, снять деньги в банкомате? 1 раза снял, на второй банкомат отказал, но деньги списались. Через 2 недели боев вернули, но как оказалось, просто повезло-был системный сбой и я оказался не один такой.
Потом решил отправить перевод в другой банк внутри Казахстана. Деньги списались, статус поменялся на "в обработке" и висит так уже пару недель. Поддержка исправно по звонку передает заявку специалисту, или сразу трем специалистам, или отправляют с повышенным приоритетом-короче у кого какая фантазия сработает, ту и озвучат. Угадайте, сколько ответов на обращение по горячей линии и через whatsaap я получил? Правильно, ноль. Полный игнор. Пытался выбить из них RRN перевода, они не знают ,что это и отправляют опять заявку специалисту.
Да,если кто не в теме и у вас мультивалютная карта- недавно банк поменял всем тип карт с дебетовых на депозитные и добавил в карту еще 4 дублирующих счета и теперь у вас их 8,правда эти 4 нигде не видны, но отчитываться в налоговой об их открытии вам придется, как и подачу деклараций по 8 счетам-они теперь депозитные!
Выбор за вами.
Из плюсов - только мультивалютные карты. Из минусов- невозможность дистанционно отправлять платежи- формально платёж уходит, но через сутки появляется в приложении отказ без объяснения причин. Отправка платежей через приложение только в первой половине дня Платежи в евро невозможны в принципе. При отправке через отделение запаситесь 1,5-2 часами времени и кучей терпения, чтобы не сорваться на откровенную тупость сотрудников. Поддержка только через чат. Драконовское изменение тарифов. Ничего хорошего.

4 дня потратил на этот банк, то какой-то сбой ПО, то какие-то внутренние проверки - причем никто не может ничем помочь, ни в чате, ни в офисе, в итоге отказ в открытии счета без объяснения причин, не тратьте время, проще сразу в Жусан

Пренебрежительное отношение к нерезидентам: простую карту не делают, предлагают elite card с дорогим обслуживанием, тратят мое время на ожидание. Менеджер ведет себя надменно. В итоге кормят обещаниями, что карту можно будет сделать до 10 рабочих дней, а по итоге ждите и ждите.
Одно название - банк. Красивая вывеска и на этом всё. Начиная от выпуска карты и до постобслуживания операции хромают. Безразличное отношение в отделениях, сумасшедшие условия обслуживания, которые меняются под «наплыв» клиентов.
Вывожу все деньги и перехожу в другой банк.
Персонал тик себе, не знают что ответить по вопросам по приложению их же банка, воды питьевой нет, четыре дня подряд ходили и четыре дня им везли воду, как не спросишь заказали должны привезти
