I issued the card after changing my full name and clarified 3 times in the chat what needed to be done to get the working card and it was linked to the current account, which I received in the end, only the phrase issue, asked again, said nothing, then clarified again with the courier, nothing. As a result, I transferred the money to the card, they didn't link the account, they accused me that I hadn't done anything and had to come to Astana in person, while explaining that I asked about changing my full name and you didn't answer me. They have one answer, go to the bank branch and it doesn't matter at all that you are from another country and issued the card remotely, they answer with one answer and do not solve anything, the attitude is disgusting, the money is not returned from the card, they say we will not activate the card until you arrive at the bank, well, your money will burn so it will burn. If it were possible to put 0 for service, service and attitude to the customer, I would do it.
It's safer to keep money under your pillow than in this bank.
1. The information on refunds is not at all obvious. Stores and services have refunded money to me several times, but it is displayed on my account every other time.
2. They do not accept an application for challenging transactions. That is, they say they have accepted it, but if you clarify the status after a while, they ask you to send a new one with a new date. After several such iterations, they simply sent a reply stating that, according to the agreement, "I did not provide a complete list of documents" (which was never announced to me) and therefore the solution to the situation was "to close the disputed situation without further investigation, and the Cardholder undertakes not to dispute it in the future."

I have a decent amount in my account, as soon as I can transfer it to an account in another bank, I will close the card, I really regret that I chose Freedom Finance one day.
