They demanded a passport, which I am not obliged to show when exchanging currencies. I tried to explain the reason , to which they simply ignored me and did not continue to listen. The jar has a huge dislike

Either this is the incompetence of the operators or such original rules of the bank itself.
The situation: it was necessary to put money (Belarusian rubles) on a currency card of the same bank.
1) When performing this operation, I was required to present my passport!!!! And this is despite the fact that currency transactions in Belarus have been carried out for a long time without presenting a passport, and the bank has full information on my passport data.
2) I was unable to deposit the amount of 10p into the account, because according to the cashier, they can only work with integers. as a result, they credited $ 4 to my account and gave me a handful of change. But this is absurd! I did not buy cash, but cents can be credited to the card perfectly well...
