I was in this branch. Clean, pleasant smell, no drafts. The queue is electronic, moving fast. Competent and friendly staff. The issue has been resolved. Thank you.

The service is very slow, there is 1 cash register. I couldn't get in 1.5 hours before closing time - I didn't have time (queue of 7 people). In the near future, I will close all accounts and not set foot in this bank anymore, I have never seen such disgusting service.

The compartment is clean for sitting/standing in line. Once again, one specialist works on operational and cash services. Considering in what a crowded place the department is located, the approach is unclear. Every forced visit to this department turns into an hour of lost life. In general, I do not recommend it
