The bank is good, but it loses out in buns compared to other banks. I took out a loan, but when I arrived at the bank, it turned out that I needed to buy a VIP package and everything became like the others. That is, the VIP package was equal to the amount of interest for the year. But the rest of the trouble in Brest with this bank is that there is no cash desk on weekends and, in my opinion, there are 1 or 2 ATMs in the city.

I have come across many banks in my life, but this bank is simply "unique"!! I don't want to say anything bad about the bank's employees, but about the bank's cards, which cannot perform even a small proportion of payments and transfers, especially calculations on the Internet. And also, to get through to a bank specialist, you need to be patient, because they can answer in an hour, and if you order a callback, then in a couple of days, as was the case in my case. Why is there such a specialist sitting who cannot solve the issue, they constantly ask you to wait, switch to ask someone, and then they give you information. Put ATMs in the city!!!! One ATM near the bank itself, and the one that gives out money at a minimum of 50 rubles!!! And if you need to withdraw 20 or 40 rubles!?

I applied to the cash desk of the bank in Brest at 150 Raduzhnaya Street to withdraw cash in the card currency (US dollars), the amount of 2000 US dollars. I received a reply that withdrawal is possible only in the amount of $ 100, although the currency at the cash desk was for fulfilling the request (you could buy the required amount for white rubles). It was suggested to contact the contact center number to order currency (which in itself is illogical, given the opportunity to fulfill the client's request at the time of application). It was not possible to reach the number on the first attempt (the waiting time for the operator's response was more than 5 minutes). The subsequent attempt was successful, the waiting time for the operator's response was about 9 minutes (I attach a screenshot with the waiting time), but the answer was received that money can only be ordered for March 14 (the maximum possible period under the contract). There is no customer orientation of the bank, given the OPPORTUNITY to fulfill the client's request "here and now". There is only one conclusion to be drawn from this situation: my funds have been frozen by the bank and I cannot use them if necessary. There is no expediency of further storing money in the bank (considering that it was not even about a deposit).

The rate is written at 16.99%, calculated by phone for such, no packages and other things. Well, I think what kind of conditions are great? When I came to the bank, it turned out that the packages were there. Do you want 7000? Be kind enough to pay for another 2000 package, but there is no information about it on the website at all.
