When contacting the Bank to restore access to the personal account of the bank's Application, I received 3 different versions from the Bank's specialists, but all with one ending - "You need to physically verify your identity in the Bank"
1) First, I filled out the form with all the data and called the employee via video link, to which they replied that my passport data was not in the Bank. And I need to write to support. They did not answer where my data disappeared from the bank.
2) After contacting me via WhatsApp, I was asked to send my personal information again, the last 2 transactions from the card, and the code word. I provided everything, they replied that the code word was not correct. Although this is out of the question, when making bank accounts, I write down all the necessary information, including the code word. They told me to contact them through the number where the card is registered, and they will send me an SMS with a code to confirm my identity.
3) I wrote to WhatsApp from the number to which the card is registered, received an SMS code, sent it to the bank employee, the answer is that your data is not in the bank's system, I ask where they are, I did not receive an answer. There is no data, and that's it, the mystery of my missing data from the bank has not been solved, after convincing my identity in all possible ways.
Bottom line: there is no access to the card, the Bank, after providing all possible data and a video call with a passport warning, could not help, only physically go to the bank. The fact that a person can physically be in another country at the moment, the bank is not particularly interested in this.

The bank is full bottom. Any issue needs to be resolved with technical support, they answer fine - but what they answer is not a solution, the main KPI of support is to close the request) If there was a normal banking alternative, modern, I would do it with pleasure. The application and the online bank are confused (a lot of unnecessary actions and transitions) and crash after a minute of absence - I went to copy the details - log in again. In general, the experience is negative.
