Only one manager serves, the rest are engaged in customer service!!! There is one guard and one manager in the bank, one management is sitting on the second floor, they do not go down to the first floor!!!

There is no place to park the car. The location is very inconvenient. Everything is fine inside, but I was charged 5,000 tenge for card maintenance last month, and I got this one. There is still no answer. It's a shame that they immediately take the money, without notification, and they didn't even return it, although I left a request. In general, the bank is not very good, I do not recommend going there, opening accounts, and even more so being serviced.
